I am not into infomercial but the laser was neat. I love your videos on your house build. So I guess we have to put up with infomercial to help pay for it.
Our sponsored videos is how I am able to fund our channel and keep our content free. I don’t have patreon or anything similar. I put a great deal of effort into making our videos entertaining and fun to watch, even if it’s a sponsored video.
You might get better interlocking fits by playing with dot or beam size and reducing speeds with larger size beam to compensate cutting in order to get looser receiving holes for tabs Like allowing for kerf size with saw cuts....
Great suggestion!! My main issue was that the file sizes are in MM and the plywood I have is in inches. The only file that had the compatible size was the open stackable bin file,. Everything else I had to either size up or size down a little bit. It's pretty hard to find laser files in inches! :)
@@PacificPinesRanch Understood, but I'm suggesting using existing files but changing spot size a bit by using a higher gap setting than system knows.. I'm thinking by tricking it, it will take longer to cut each hole, making the burned hole extra crispy, and hopefully larger if you can't change spot size by any manual means on lasers optics.
Northwest Sawyer has been experimenting with lasers. I don't think he lives very far from you. You might find what he is doing is interesting because he also is learning as he goes also.

Nifty little job very clever
Thank you!!
adjust your kerf settings to make the slots a little bigger or smaller to allow panels to fit your openings easier
Ok I will try that. Thank you!!

As I watched this video, it seemed like Spock was trying to beam you up.
Perhaps he can't do that if you are in a container.
😂😂😂 good point!!
Not a fan of these regularly scheduled Infomercials.
