@@financeHans thanks for your reply. If you pay 3000 euros a container with delivery and you anticipate it will last 20 years. Thats 12.50 a month you need to save each month per container for replacing it. Which is 12.5% obviously if you rent out for 100 euros a month.

Glad you liked it! Well if you get a property and ensure that you make a big surplus overall - that's a good indication! Security gate is not necessarily needed but nice to have!

When you are considering buying your own land, are you personally looking for raw land outside of town, or more industrial-use land in town? Glad you like it! The latter - industrial-use land. I'm currently in the process of buying a 750 sq meter (really small) site. It will cost me around 170k - land is really expensive over here! Hope you will start your business soon! :)

I do have different sizes of containers as well. But I don't modify them myself

I'm not liable for break-ins - it's specifically written in my contracts. Haven't had an issue so far yet
What about delivery and pick up? How do you deliver and pick up the container to the customer?
By a contractor with a crane

Not difficult at all. I only publish a (free of charge) ad every couple of months if an older renter leaves

I didn't apply for a permit yet. I talked to an architect and he said it's currently not needed.
