This is the last song played at the Live Aid concert. Queen was asked to close out the show & this song was the one they chose because it had so much to do with the whole meaning of the concert’s purpose. (Every child deserves food, etc.) The song still applies today, as many of their songs do.
It only takes a little compassion, it starts with a Hello to a stranger, but the root of everything starts at the top. Unfortunately our leaders are concerned about big money rather than the people (you and I) they are employed by and suppose to serve.

This song is just a filler for their album The Works, but obviously this song has a deep impact to us and a very relevant song to all of us.

This pandemic has brought people together in so many ways, I pray that we as a people of Earth can learn from this situation and come together to care for one another rather than revert back to indifference. Another Queen song that is very relevant with a deep meaning for the world is “Innuendo”. I highly recommend it not only for the message in the lyrics but also because it is a masterpiece musically.
