    This is a great one - don’t realize how tight and stiff you are until you do some of these stretches - really liked the arm ‘clams’ at the beginning - thanks!!

      Yep I know what you mean😉💯 I love those aswell! Good to isolate these areas at times, because you are right, sometimes you may not think you need this till you do it 😉 And then once more released it will help with movement freedom in other videos too! Great job today🔥👏👏👏👏

    Love this stretch video. Especially on this hot Sunday after 1.5 mile outdoor walk and leg strengthening/balance video. How often should I do this video? I noticed today you saying something about every second day. (Since working with you on routine weekly plans, not sure if too much or stretch videos change). Thanks Vanessa. 😊❤️

      Thank you for your comments! I have lots of full body strength in the playlist called 'Pilates and Body Strength ' so check out that one! Also thats a great idea for neck in particular , as many people have this problem. Will film next week or so. Stay tuned 😉

      I have looked back at the video and can see the subtitles and the exercises, I'm not sure what you mean? Just follow along with the video. I will type the names of exercises and repetitions in the description ok hope that will help 🤗
