My New 1st Gen Kia Soul EV - Part 3 : Replacing the Rear Electric Parking Brakes and Wheel Bearings

Last major repair before the car is road worthy is rear brakes and bearings. Getting the Electric Parking Brake (EPB) retracted is key, and I was able to use the scan tool to do it easily. Otherwise, rust, and stuck parts were the biggest obstacle.
