No biscuits and cookies are different Biscuits have a crumbly hard texture with a flavourful taste while cooking have crunchy and kind of soft texture and have buttery vanilla taste to it DON'T SAY RUBBISH IF U DONT KNOW
Macarons are where it's at, unlike all the other cookies here, macarons can marry any and all flavours and still be the tastiest treat. When done correctly it crumbles and melts in your mouth with the lightest pressure of the tongue, that's the French for you, even their treats are sensual.

You do know they don’t have the money or time to travel around the world right? They wouldn’t be posting in like a YEAR if they were to go in literally every country in the existence of earth itself, Jay.
K3RA - B1NE what they mean is that all of the countries they spoke about were clustered in certain parts of the world, and regions like eastern europe and southeastern/eastern asia were not covered at all. regarding traveling the world, i don’t think they had to travel around the world to make an informational video about cookies. even if they did, given that they are a food channel, they should be putting in the money to stay true to their claims, this really isn’t “across the world.”
emilia sato They should’ve at least included 6 more countries then but they can’t afford to see every cookie in the existence of ever, besides, a lot of countries cookie choices are the same so why would you go to two countries to see the same cookie?
K3RA - B1NE i see what you mean that it’s expensive, and i’m not saying that they would have to travel to EVERY country or eat EVERY cookie, ( they might just be researching cookies, not even traveling) but they should be more inclusive of all parts of the world. i’m sure each country could have at least one unique cookie, but again, good point.
I do the same. From France. It just feels off to call anything other than a chocolate cookie a cookie, even if it is technically a generic/umbrella term. I feel like biscuit just fits that role better.

You guys dont have variety when you say a cross the world so please include more countries
There are more than 190 countries in the world and you expect them to do research and discover more varieties?
I never though the alfajores could fall in the category of a cookie, but thinking it more, its makes sense
