Incredible! Not only did you present some really cool & realistic pairing options, but you gave us a system to think through the value of our purchases. Other TH-camrs focus largely on the value and the aesthetics, and rarely if ever talk about the comfort, durability, and utility. I also tend to think about purchases in isolation, so it was cool to watch you choose items batched by style and design.

I was at friends' for dinner last evening, and we spent a considerable time over stories of the impracticality of white and beige furniture and rugs, ruined by spilled tea, red wine, etc. It's surprising how velvet is actually very practical, in that the nap is very wipable. I love the MCM option; you could choose it in shades of grey to make it more soothing if colours are too much, I suppose.

I have always liked contemporary and sleek style, clean, bright, but still comfortable enough. I like Option 1 the most (will add a tolkning to hold blanket/ extra pillows), then Option 3, and then Option 2. Option 4 and its style make me feel dizzy, I can’t think straight or feel calm in a messy/crowded environment; I don’t like rugs with busy pattern or design, I prefer white, pale pink, or very light grey in solid color.

I really need to jump into the breach for the Söderhamn. I don't know if it is the squishiest, but it is really comfortable, especially because it is so deep, you can easily sit whichever way you like, legs up or down. We had ours with the basic grey fabric since my kid was born 8 years ago, and it still looks good (washable and with a washable blanket to sit on) and he jumped around on it a lot and it doesn't even squeak. It doubles as a guest bed as well, I slept on it when I had hurt my leg and needed the side to put my leg up and my in-laws also slept on it for a week and didn't complain.

I also live in the country, which means my dog goes running through the fields and brings dirt in! I wish the Appalyrd came in off-white leather, and that it was a super comfy sectional! Or is it quite comfortable? I forget what you said lol I like modern I’d like washable and super comfortable so I should probably do the morabo faux 😊leather.
