A little decor trick: that wrapping paper would look wonderful in a frame as wall art. Also, I've also framed classy greeting cards like the ones you showed and grouped them in a display. Easy quick art tricks.

It is pissing rain cold and miserable outside. The weather has been horrible this week but none of that matters because we all have our own little ray of sunshine to brighten up our day with a sparkle in her eyes and lovely smile. Got a coffee, the wood burner on the cat sitting on my lap and this video ready to go! Hannah makes the weather not matter😁.

I am not a great one for shops, but had a look around Liberty's on a visit to London years ago. It was amazing , almost like going around an art gallery. Love the £10.00 challenge concept and your commentary is always entertaining . Thank you for doing this.

Tenner Tuesday is a great title for these videos. They give us a chance to see so many items. You do a wonderful job of narrating and showcasing these items. The sewing notions and buttons and needlework kits today were a special treat to see. I always love looking at those lovely bolts of fabric. I did not know they sold clothing patterns too. Yep, still raining here as well. A lot of those items are priced for people with more money than sense. Still interesting and a wander around Portobello market would be equally as interesting. Maybe when the sun comes out though.

I'd go to this store just for the stained glass and woodwork! Premium stores are great but I don't like it when stores don't post prices. It's pretentious and lousy customer service. The £10 olive oil soaps in the little oval tins would have been what I chose for the tenner. BTW - the sunglasses look great on you!
I bought a pair of Birkenstocks in brown last summer and love them. They were actually really great for air travel, comfortable and easy on and off. I wore them with socks then though!

Hannah you have a keen eye for exceptionally good value! Your new little Sony vlogging camera produces especially saturated coloration. This shopping tour of Liberty's fascinating array of product, as well as it's ancient wooden architectural elements seemed so much more vivid and lifelike. It blew me away. It must be a wonderful experience to walk those old oak floors. Do they creak? A beautiful vlog!
Was just looking at your older videos to send to friend visiting London for a holiday next week... must have sent her 10+ videos😅... then gave up and told her to just "watch your channel"😂. Then your new video popped up😊.. perfect!
Ps. I think finding a small item as a souvenir for £10 is ok. I agree. Even if you have more money, I wouldn't want to waste it on "stuff" and "dust collectors" either.

I'm loving this £10 shopping challenge series ... great seeing the department stores and shops around London ... please keep making more videos! Liberty is BEAUTIFUL! We visited London back in 2018 & weren't able to fit a trip to Liberty into our packed schedule ... now I'm wishing we had because it looks to be such a unique and beautiful store! I guess that gives us reason to make another trip to London (haha)! Great video!🥰
What makes this video distinct is the background sound track you've added. Not only is it smoother, and swingier, but it's contextual considering the age of the store. This is a nicer store than Harrods. This is THE place to go.

I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN 30 YEARS...but You make this a perfect tour..back then I bought a patterned challis and made it into a shawl..wore it 14 years! Bought tiny boxes of cards with fabric patterned line envelopes..Your tour is so blissfully satisfying I can smell the distinctive scent of all their incredible wood..floors.walls and their " strike a pose" stairways..just like a British Heaven!!!! Thanks so much!!!
This was a TREAT. Liberty was “my” store for browsing, exactly as you have done. In the sixties their coffee shop was the best! Utterly gorgeous fabrics, buttons to make sackcloth fit for a Queen, and ceramics.

Lovely video Hannah, you get it so right. My mother used to go "up to London" in the late 1950s to shop before we migrated. She bought a beautiful brocade coat from Liberty that she had for 50 years, in fact until she died. Ah, memories!

Liberty has a very beautiful interior for a department store. I do think much of their stock is geared for tourists or as a nice place for gifts. If you raised your minimum to 25 pounds there were some items I saw. They would make for ideal gifts. Then again this is London. I find London can get rather expensive on a good day.
I had no idea Liberty’s had a sewing department. That makes it worth a visit. That and the building itself.

Good afternoon, I am enjoying another trip to London this afternoon and really appreciate all of your work. I have to say, and this is for most higher end stores and brands, that the price for a lot of these things is just ridiculous. I understand paying for quality but so much seems to be no where near a proper representation of value for money. I do know that these are considered 'higher' end stores but still. I do think the soaps were definitely priced well along with the hankie. I love your grey top.

These are great ideas, & shopping within a budget, Hannah. I 'always' buy boxes of tea bags from Harrods & the Buckingham Palace Shop when in London. Comfortably under £10 each, ~ and light to carry! 😊
I just love the Liberty London building - it's Iconic. The last time I visited was 7 years ago. Loved that you said "It's nice but not that nice" - exactly how I think when shopping.

The first time I visited the UK in 1996, I had to check out Liberty. I started in the fabrics department, and was in shock at the prices, though the fabrics I was looking at were absolutely gorgeous. I finally found something that I liked within my price range, which was a beaded tealight holder with deep red seed beads all around it for £7.95. I still have it to this day!
Hi Hannah ! Another superb vlog! By the way the quality I am watching is 2160p of a 85" TV and you and the vlog look wonderful !!! Been to Liberty finally my last visit and although we did not purchase anything and it was Christmas time so it was chaos, it was a good experience especially looking at the architecture! My guess was wrong thought you were going to purchase the embroided Liberty hankerchief . Good choices Hannah and crongratulations on going below 10. HANNAH!!! Thank you for making this video! My family and I were in London last Easter break and Liberty was on my list of places to see. After a full day trying to pack so many things in, by the time we reached Liberty, it was closed. Truth be told, I was a bit intimidated to go in, so thanks for the tour! I think Portobello Rd would be an awesome next stop! Saturday was my day to pick our outing and that was mine, and the whole family had fun! Every time I need a pick-me-up and I get homesick for a place that is not my home, I watch your videos and it transports me back. 💗🇬🇧
Portobello is a great idea, as is Camden Market and maybe museum gift shops? Really enjoying this challenge, although to be fair I enjoy watching you just mooch about..lol 😊👍🇬🇧💖

Without the rain, there's no London, that's why we buy Wellies and do that walking g tours. Love this episode. I stock up with wrapping papers, unique greeting cards, and the Harrods signature bags to gift to work colleagues. They love it. ❤

Greetings From France, Hannah do you do double knots on your trainer laccases to stop them from coming undone as you walk. We love your Coco Chanel Look in the sunglasses. I agree with you they should display a little card sign with the prices on for small items without the price tags. The 2-seater sofa that is in the soft furniture section with the floral print on it your video also happens to be sofa bed believe it or not. Love your makeup the nails a very lovely colure. You can never go wrong with a t-towel. My Grandmother remembers Portobello Road in WW2 shes 102 and when she worked at the old war office as a translator, Merc Jean-Marc , My Grandmother watches your videos with me and she adores you,

I was in Liberty at christmas. the cheaper ornaments looked tatty. some lovely fabrics, you had a gorgeous piece as background by the stairs. I am not going to buy unless I have a speciel project in mind. I want to show my son the store, it is one of the most beautiful buildings I have seen in London.
As an American who really wants to visit the UK, i absolutely love this video. Liberty is #1 on where I would go first. Ive ordered their fabric for years.

I always save the Liberty videos for a bad day, because I love that store so much! 😂 I also love the weird collaborations Liberty does. Like, a few years ago they did a colab with Crocs and they also do one with Hobonichi. I’ve totally got my Liberty weeks planner in the cutest cotton fabric. I had an a6 techo cover that was absolutely stunning, but ended up selling it, because I switched to the weeks size. Oooooh! I always forget that Liberty has a mug with Emma Bridgewater! They ship those to the States. I should snag one. Thanks for the video! You made this bad day muuuuch better!
