This was a very enlightening presentation. The ease of which it was delivered, and in the way it was delivered was very understandable. The usage of your environment as an example was a wonderful touch Doctor.
Thank you for your valuable info!

This was immensely helpful. I had an appointment today with my ENT/Allergist and apparently I have nasal valve collapse and a deviated septum which is causing an abundance of issues. We discussed implants to improve airflow and possible septoplasty if that doesn't correct it. This clarified a number of questions I had and will help me have a more educated understanding of my options as we proceed with treatment. Thank you!

Good Video Doc, i have sleep apnea, tonsils gone last month, still one nostril is closed from Deviated septum, I hear that if you get septo turbinate reduction, you should look into Rhino at the same time, is there a chance my cartilage / skin can have issues after rhino or is it super successful when you use your own nose cartilage for your rhino, just dont want to have issues etc...or is this typically not an issue

What about non allergic rhinitis? Vasomotor rhinitis? Surgery has to help a little bit?

I got septoplasty done but it got deviated again! I think it was the rib cartilage that was put into the septum that warped

Well fuck. That sucks, I’m sorry that happened. All the work to get all that done and back to square one. Just got mine 4 days ago. Hope you are alright.
      Revision?

Can you rebuild a missing septum?

    Very helpful Dr,
Just had a partial excision of inferior turbinates here in the UK...waiting for it to heal and see if it was worth it,hopefully no empty nose syndrome!
