⚫ Fairytale -Umeed is A first heroine in pak drama with lots of flaws bcz generally aaj ki ladkiya easi hi hoti h kahi na kahi and we love that to watch defferent type of shades of umeed... Its better from the so cold Perfect Heroines quki sab perfect nahi hote

there are several points where you see why Farjaad falls for Umeed, he’s a very rigid workaholic, she teaches him to not take life as seriously, he literally says that my problems don’t seem as big after I talk to you, while he grounds her chaos she makes his life lighter and worth living. Last seasons finale ended with him saying will you show me the choti khushiyan in life, which she is, compare s1 Farjaad to s2 Farjaad they are very diff and it’s because of her.

JSA:-Oo man oo man Ramsha and Kubra are such fine actors yet underrated this is the kind of talent and beauty we should praise seriously being a Ramsha fan I m so proud of her choices of dramas quality over quantity at sch a young age her acting was phenomenal all the very best to her and the team of JSA wish Ramsha got what she deserves ❤

So aptly remarked! JSA has substance. And I'm noticing this from day 1 that Talha Chahour is a method actor. Emotions literally play on his face. His rooftop scene with Ramsha was epic. No doubt he is gonna be a great actor. Also, Kubra Khan is playing Jannat so well displaying the elitism her character requires❤ Haseeb Hassan ❤

Fairytale continues to be endearing and romantic💓
Regarding the points you raised about Umeed's silly behaviours- I'm sure there is an explanation for it and it's not bad writing. I'm saying this from whatever I've seen of Fairytale and the tweets and interviews of Sarah Majeed. I find her to be an interesting and progressive writer who loves her heroine. We just need to look deeper and understand Umeed better ☺️ She isn't a dimwit or a bimbo- she is just Umeed 💓

About FairyTale I do agree with you about their cute moments absolutely amazing. However I feel Umeed is more impulsive and short tempered that's why she doesn't speak before thinking about the consequences. Plus I feel if creators meant to show Umeed dumb then they wouldn't have shown her being efficient with the office work she's been doing.

JSA : Excellent topic and so relevant for these days and this generation. Already feeling so sad for Farooq. It shows how the good men work so hard to make their love happy but the comparisons in their love’s mind through social media/watching celebrities destroys or at least affects relationships. At the same time, depicting the compromises/sacrifices people do for worldly things which also destroys their relationships and pushes their spouse away and they’re so unhappy inside especially in the media industry and yet others who can’t afford that lifestyle assume that they have everything which in reality they don’t. That’s the price for it, their peace and time. It also beautifully highlights the little/big blessings people take granted for. Great message and beautifully performed!

*JSA*- I really loved Ramshas performance in Jannat se aagay. She really hit the mark, and depicted how a fan truly feels. She has convincingly played the role of a younger girl, besides being older than Talha in real life. They both complement each other so so well. Ofcourse there is no doubt that Talha is such a great actor and Kubra also suits the character really well.
The best thing I liked was how they showed Jannat ka Jahaan being a total mess. I have personally experienced and how some rich people live their daily lives and it was so realistic
The cook is a poor old man who is burdened and does not have anyone to help him. It implies inkey Yahaan inke naukar tiktey nahi hain because of negligence. She is also surprised that the money for daily household expenses like food has been used up. If you ask the rich they will not bat an eye when it comes to spending on luxurious items, but ghar ke roz ke kharchey leaves them annoyed and exasperated.
Also I love the fact that they haven't shown everyone drinking chai all the time. I loved how they have literally shown difference in food. Jannat and her husband having eggs, beans, salad, cheese. Tabassums household fathers tiffin had, dal, sabzi roti, and both tabassum and faruq enjoying butta(corn) on the roof, eating fried machi in their outing as their grand dinner. It really shows difference in class. Just love the attention to detail.

#fairytale2. Although I disagree with your opinion about the character flaws in Ummeed BUT I want to thank you for seperating Ummeed's character flaws from Sehar Khan's performance. I want to appreciate how you reviewed it,first by appreciating the things you liked and then the things you didn't like. Sehar recieved an unnecessary bashing from the actor's pannel(who by the way just watched first 2 episodes and didn't watch Ft1 at all).
So it was heartning to see someone appreciate her performance because she absolutely nailed the character(a flawed, fiesty female protagonist). No disrespect to Hamza Sohail and he did an amazing job as well but he was given a very likable character that he played to perfection,on the other hand Sehar was given a character that is flawed, loud, fiesty..all the traits that are hardly liked by our society in girls but still she made it adorable. So thankyou #hassan for specially pointing out and appreciating her performance.

MGM: This was one of my favorite episodes of this show, thanks to the exceptional performances of both lead actors. While I'm already aware of Khushhal's talent for delivering powerful scenes, I was pleasantly surprised by Dananer's captivating performance.
Quickly about the last scene, when Saim was leaving while Zobia was asleep, deep down, I found myself silently urging Saim not to leave her alone in that remote location, fearing that some unfortunate event might occur.

  • @onlywatch99

MGM - I was a little worried when Zu and Saim ran away and I was afraid that they would end up "romanticizing" the whole thing. I am so glad that is not what has happened and I really enjoyed this turn of events. Now they will both (hopefully) go back to their home and Zu will absolutely have many regrets about her dad. I really do hope this encourages them to focus on their own education, career, and then there is a time lapse that we get to witness? Or may be it will end up becoming a tragedy in the end. I am thoroughly enjoying the MGM journey.

NAUROZ : Another brilliant episode ! You guys missed a solid part. Rishtina’s father deliberately didn’t show her her grandfather’s face/picture so that they don’t ever recognise each other, now the situation is very different because now that Rustam sent the picture of her Dada and uncle and she recognises their faces now, I felt that she may have the same fear like her Agha Jan and that might be how they’ll recognise her too on their next encounter! Also I don’t agree with Hira leaving her Dad’s house, her parents had a toxic relationship but her Dad was right. He’s shown to be a poor man doing everything in his capability that doesn’t mean children should run off. Regardless there are people who do these sort of actions. Also, I found it so cute how Rishtina is so direct when she says “Mein udaas hoon, mujhe ghar jana hai” and “ye karwa hai” … one should be polite yet straightforward and she expresses that in a cute way!

I understand her gestures or growth has been very subtle but the fact Umeed was the only person who tried to make a plan to bring Niggo jee on sunday even though it wasnt her problem, it was farjads. She couldve got angry on him as he promised her but instead of that her immediate reaction was lets find a solution together. Which goes to show that she is depressed to the point of needing clinical help. Which could mean that her mindset/psyche has reached a point where she doesn’t really know how to solve her problems or even what she should be doing in order to work around them. Loving MGM....the lead pair has given great performance. Liking the arc of the story...
JSA is another delightful watch. Kubra and Ramsha have given power packed performance as so has the male leads. Interesting story and great performances.

Kubra khan is doing great in JSA. The performance is up to the mark with highs & lows wherever needed. Nothing OTT. Also the color grading of the show is so good. Adds the appealing factor. Talha & Ramana are doing great in their respective roles. Interesting concept so far.

Hassan can't agree more even if farjaad and umeed look at each other it's so real. I feel you have got points , they need not ruin sehar's hard work she is a good actress , the most difficult role in fairytale is umeed's , n sehar has been balancing it through her acting although sometimes she is shown in a unreasonable way

  • @fatima-lm5jm
    @fatima-lm5jm 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +11

Fairytale - Totally think that Umeed's behavior was uncalled for. It was the same problem in the previous season, but I let it pass many times. Now it shouldn't be repeated. I hope this is leading to some maturity or character development for Umeed, otherwise it will not make sense. Apart from that, the episode was really adorable. The post-mangni scene and the seat-belt scene were so beautifully performed and shot. Fairytale is such a nice weekend watch - it is so fresh to see this kind of family drama which doesn't have negativity laced throughout.
Jannat Se Aagay - Beautiful performance by Talha. That scene where he is talking to Tabassum on the rooftop. He says "Tumhe meri qadar nahi hai and in return Tabassum says something about Jannat Jii. It was such a heartbreaking sequence. You could see how heartbroken Farooq is, he loves this girl so much but he knows that love is not enough to her. Talha emoted that heartbreak flawlessly. Ramsha is also really good as playing the obsessive fangirl. The character does not seem annoying at any point - credit to Ramsha as she has made it adorable instead of annoyingly obsessive.

MGM was the highlight of my week. I truly love the undercurrent of tension running throughout the episode. You feel worried for these two and I feel like it is such a juxtaposition to how the audience may have felt about the nikah a few episodes ago. I initially felt like they were making the right decision because it wasn’t okay to force Zu to marry a person she didn’t like or treat her like a doll that had no opinions of her own. I felt that their relationship deserved respect and consideration even if they were young. But as the story progressed and they ran away with obstacles coming up every twist and turn, I feel like it really portrayed how all they have is mutual love but nothing else in terms of stability, navigating conflict, communication and so forth. It felt like Saim and Zu had growing up to do first. They needed to grow into themselves and have stability within their own personal reality before coming together (be whole on your own). The next few episodes are definitely going to be sad and now I am wondering whether the title itself is an indication that this will be a tragedy rather than a happy ending.

Jannat se Aagey : I have really high expectations of this one . I am totally expecting and hoping for a “Devil wears Prada” storyline where Tabassum will be over burdened by Jannat’s demands to the extent that it will take her away from all her relationships, she will just become too busy and too distant from them and they will move on and she will realize the holllowness of the perceived success and leave Jannat and go back to her family . Hence Jannat se Aagey is an apt title .
