Clearer Video of Balloon at Very High Altitude Over Northern Colorado

I setup the spotting scope a little better to try and get a clearer more stable image of the balloon I saw this morning. The first video was with my cell phone looking through the spotting scope eyepiece, this video was with my little action cam mounted into the spotting scope eyepiece. I have never seen a balloon that was carrying instruments before or anything quite like it. It was a pretty cool sight in the sky, so I thought I’d share it with you all.
