    I have just purchased a Pilate chair. Your video workout is perfect in timing, well explained for all levels. I can use which ever level on how I’m feeling. Thank you.

      @@FunctionPilates Hi Vanessa. Yes definitely more chair videos please. I love your reformer ones too, so always more of those. I also love the small ball (incl on reformer) and the foam roller. Would love to see these too. Am going to do your reformer intermediate video shortly :):)

    Will this pike movement develop the abs faster than a pike with sliders (a non Pilates tool)?

      It teaches you how to create a deeper connection using your own body weight therefore is a great complement to the sliders as it mixes things up so the Abs don’t get comfortable to one movement. Hopefully that makes sense.

    I don't own chair yet but I am 5'4" 68 years young, will this machine lean out my legs and abs? Always carried more weight in butt and legs.

      With consistency and depending on your bodies genetics using the Pilates equipment can sculpt out the overall body.

      You shouldn’t have to but if you feel like your body might need a few minutes of a warm-up then I would recommend taking the time to do one.
