    For future reference, mount the door trim to the door itself so when it closes it covers the seams and keeps weather out better. If that was Minwax stain you used, then you should know it is an indoor stain (i.e. furniture, etc). I would also consider laying a metal strip folded at a 90 degree to cover the outside edge of the door base. This will help protect against foot traffic and lengthen the floor life. Also don't forget some sort of venting or else that will be mighty hot there in summertime b/c of the metal roof.

    The horse shelter roof should have continued over the tack room. This tack room I call a fail.
