- There is next to no cell service on the property, on a good day you are lucky to get one single bar, but there is a high power outdoor WiFi tower that does a 700 meter diameter range, you can surf the internet while canoeing on the lake if you wanted.
- I have access to the lake behind the house, there is a wood walk way to a dock on the lake, perfect for canoeing or if you like to fish mudpout / brown bullhead, the lake if full of them, and no one uses the lake normally.
