Great stuff. Really appreciate that; especially to see the nostalgia. Their merch is epic. I hope that they continue to survive with an inspirational legacy.
Another AMAZING video!!! I wish that more of these places would have been saved by historical organizations. Keep rocking on and preserving our great cultural history.
I lived in one of the apartments directly upstairs at this incredible gem of an establishment for several years and I miss it dearly. So happy that they are still in business and keeping the dream alive.
I grew up going here. My sister and I used to hit up this place every weekend and get a stack of vhs to rent, grab a pizza at Amalfis, our childhood pizza joint that’s been around since 1959, and have just the best time. We loved getting old horror and sci-fi flicks. Good times.
You should go check out the Next Level Pinball Shop & Museum in Hillsboro, Oregon! It's one of the largest arcades with over 27,000sq. feet full of classic arcade cabinets, pinball machines, modern games and walls filled with pop culture memorabilia! I love to go there since I live in Oregon, and I would love for you to check it out!
I needed this! A video store that was in a mall near me I found out it closed and a fancy clothes store took it spot T_T We need to save video stores! Because streaming sites and TH-cam can remove content if they want but psychical copies can never be taken away!
Really cool video store and tour. Thank you. If this helps any.....that @6:52 @6:53 Yoda is an Illusive Concepts latex/foam latex piece from 1997/1998. Looks to be in great shape.
I hope that you rewound your rental DVD to the beginning before you returned it to the store. I used to work in a video store and you would be surprised at all the people who ignored the “Please be kind, rewind!” sticker.
i still remember when people used to talk on the phone, now text only for most people. Soon one day people will be plugged into a chip and no one will speak, just give it another 50 years...
Wow. The mouth-breathing obliviousness to wear a Blockbuster tee in MM. The actual creature that did its best to put indie video stores out of business. Stopped watching right then.
I was in there just last night. Love that place!

Fuck off asshole, blockbuster is long gone as a massive company and Movie Madness is still goin strong. Your words are pointless.
