This is very oversimplified. You need to mention 2 very important things: - In order to change account region, you need to have a valid US credit/debit card linked to your account. - You have to wait 60 days IN THE US for it to change effectively Hope that helps
Generally, you don’t need to stay in the new country for a specific period to change your account's country. You should be able to do it as soon as you’re in the UAE. 👌

Did not work. I'm located in the US but original acct was made in the UK. I have both my phone and TT app location/regions set to English/US, deleted reset/deleted location data on app, set permission to while using and never, and uninstalled/reinstalled app etc etc. I even put in credit card and address info. Tried turning ON and OFF location services for both phone and app. Tried using and not using VPN set to US, reminder I live and have always lived in the US and this phone has never left the US. No success, I still get the 60 day error msg.

Your IP + GPS location is what determine your region. All the BS he did means nothing at all. Try a VPN or location spoof but there's very little chance it will work too.
