I enjoy Ghosts. Initially, I thought it was gonna be hokey, but, the more I watch it, the more I enjoy it and hats off to writers for being able to pull the house, the wood shed, the basement and the others that pop in together. Their special ghost powers make me laugh, shrimp breath, being rotten, getting people high. My friend even laughed and he doesn’t watch my shows to often. “These are the things I do.” Is awesome.

people from gujarat (and some other states) celebrate new year on diwali. in maharashtra, the new year is on gudipadwa. in the southern states of india, the new year is celebrated on pongal. india has a lot of different traditions. so yes, diwali IS the indian new year for many people.
@@Abhaaa most indian calenders have similar calculation. Pongal, Gudi padwa, Poila boisakh etc. all occur near to each other in the month of April-May. Idk of any culture in hinduism (in my limited knowledge) where it coincides with Diwali though.

Ghosts is such a feel good show. It’s a nice escape, amazing writers and cast without excessive drama and an amazing story line. Love this show!
