I’ve always liked whiskey, but I wanted to see if there was a way I could enjoy it more. I watched a few videos on TH-cam and yours is straight to the point and informative, thank you

I plan on opening my FIRST bottle of Glen Moray this weekend! I just finished my Glenlivet 12 year old. So now time to try another. "Cheers"

Normally with my Scotch Whiskey I use the Norlan glass which really brings out the scent and the flavor. On the rare occasions when I want to chill American whiskey and bourbon I use whiskey bullets to not water down my whiskey or bourbon

I also enjoy the 16 and have a bottle of it and the Port Cask finish on my shelf. The Port Cask finish is enjoyable but I would love to see and taste a 10-12 y.o. Pork Cask matured. Keep up the good work!

I'm new to scotch... I picked up a bottle of Glenfiddich 12 just to experiment. I must admit the strength took me by surprise, but it isn't like drinking Everclear or Southern Comfort (both I despise). It's smooth and enjoyable and I'm glad I picked it up. Haven't tried either with ice or water yet but will be interesting to try it all ways.

My Favorite Whisky is GLEN MORAY 10 Chardonnay Cask Matured. A present, I have a bottle on the shelf an another in reserve. Here are my notes:
    GLEN MORAY 10 Y.O. Chardonnay Casks 43% ABV 9/22/16
    2nd Bootle
This was a new Bottle so I poured a Snifter and let it sit for about 1 1/2 hours.
COLOR: Golden, the Color of Strained Apple Cider. Many legs running moderately.
NOSE: Very Floral, Spring has Sprung, backed up by Light Ripe Fruit, some Malty Sweetness as well. A well made candy sweetness comes through as the glass sits There is a lot of good stuff going on in the nose.
PALETTE: Sweet light Fruit Arrival, followed by Floral Notes. Taking in air heightens the Floral notes and the light Fruit notes. Pepper mixes moderately with the sweetness and blends with it nicely, but I do get more pepper when the Whisky sits on the middle of the tongue. The Mouth Feel is Light and airy
FINISH: Light Floral Sweetness going down followed by drying with a light pepper sensation. Pepper Fades leaving a Floral Dryness. Long Lasting Floral
I first bought a Bottle in late winter/early spring 2016. The floral character anticipated the Bloom of Spring for me. This second Bottle expands that experience. I really enjoy this Whisky and I wanted to experience it again while still in warm weather.
    SLÁINTE MHAITH Mo Chairde!
