I have a 4000 psi @ 4 gpm and I get 4000 psi when I release handle but when spraying I only get about 3300. I have a 4.0 nozzle on the end and not sure what else I can do to raise the pressure...any advice?
+mperez27 The highest pressure you want WHILE holding the trigger will be 3500 - 3600 psi, you just need to set your unloader a little lower by lowering the 2 locking screws as shown in this video.
I have a economax em15-p 4000psi @4.0GPM, with the 0 degree nozzle the psi go to 3200-3300psi... I need to do your process for to obtain at least 3700-3800psi pulling the trigger?
Just replaced stock pump and this was exactly the info I needed to get it adjusted correctly. Thanks!
Best video i could find on adjusting a unloader. Good info and easy to understand.
