Yes...I had a great experience at the surgi center. Arrived at 5:45.....checked in brought back for prep at 6am surgery at 7pm. Awake in recovery at 8:30 had PT... short walk with the walker ...did the stairs steps then home mid morning. Up and walking every hour after I slept for about one hour.
I'm having a total hip replacement (anterior) in 2 weeks! I'm sorry I watched this video. I have never read so many negative comments and problems anywhere else. I have exercised and lived with horrible pain for 8 years. I am ready to take a long walk. I'm thin and healthy and working hard on all the pre-op exercises. I'm going to think positive and work hard on my recovery. Good luck to all of you with these horrible outcomes.
Take heart! Hip replacement surgery has a very high rate of success. I had an anterior hip replacement done on Feb. 1 here in Canada. The surgeon was / is excellent. My hip feels strong and normal now though I will go easy for a while yet. Used a walker for a few days, then a cane for a week or 2 but don't need it now. I still get quite tired but that is entirely normal. I did exercises from this channel, with a lot of emphasis on glute strengthening, before the surgery, and I'm sure it helped - now I'm getting back to it (my other hip will need replacement at some point too). For me, anyway, I had no real issues with pain (I do have a high pain threshold), and took just an NSAID for a couple weeks, then tylenol arthritis but not taking that anymore.
My friend just had hip replacement surgery and was back at work in 2 weeks. Had some pain for just 2 days Had a walker for just a few days Used cane for 3 weeks She said this was the best thing for her She was in excruciating pain for years before deciding to get it done She said keep a positive attitude attitude try to do a little walking and light exercises drink a lot of water before surgery and you will be fine Plus get a good support system around you Hope this helps
After my surgery total reconstruction on my hip and pelvis I swear I didn't sleep for two maybe three years It was so brutal you just can never give up keep driving and striving
I had my left -hip replacement surgery 9 days ago, surgery in the morning came home the same day in early evening. Went the first 2 days at home w/o my pain meds. Yikes was not a happy camper. On top of that I'm recovering at home by myself, nearby neighbors help with mail pick-up. Thank God for grocery delivery! Am going to take my time in recovery. Thx for your video.
How are you doing? Bravo to you for doing it alone. I'm having the surgery in 3 days. I kinda of have help, my mom but I got a feeling I'm gonna be doing it alone
Thanks so much for this video! I learned a lot. Im 5 weeks post-surgery (posterior), and i am so happy i got the replacement. Its night and day. I went from very limited motion (Perthes Disease) to a full range of motion. In all directions. To be frank, the first 2-3 weeks absolutely suck! But it WILL get better. Please don't let negative comments get to you. You deserve a better quality of life.
Thanks for clarifying possible causes of post op HRS pain. . Am 5 months post op. and have residual stinging / burning type pain. Am seeing surgeon and can now better describe my concerns.
Had hip replacement two weeks ago and was not told any of this by surgeon. I suggest that anyone approaching hip or knee replacement watch these videos. I learned a lot , some too late, by watching these now. Also watched ones about using a walker, a cane, transferring into bed, and useful tools for getting dressed - especially if you don't have help at home.
elouise from connecticut excellant info. my first replacement was good at first went back to next day but then 4 weeks later ended up with a staff infection and had to put a bigger ball in because of slipage. then four weeks after dislocated new hip and twisted . now on ther mend and have diffrent doctor much better for other hip, thankyou for your info.
I've had both hips replaced, and both were same day where I walked up the stairs when I got home same day ( up with the good, down with the bad). The first was 4 years ago. This last one was 4 weeks ago. So far so good, but the recovery has been a little different this time. Thanks for the helpful info!

@@epmanualphysicaltherapy I'm only 55yo. I have since learned that there were more complications (bleeding out, drug resistance since my body doesn't metabolize a few drugs like oxycodone - it only makes me itch and has zero pain relief for me) with the first, but there was more bruising with the last (but we have discovered that dilodid is better than oxy. Too much red-haired genes). Like children, each surgery is different. I'm a fan of outpatient hip replacement surgery for those of us who are younger and in decent shape. We get moving more quickly, which helps recovery. I'm playing golf tomorrow. 🙂
After 4 months post-surgery I still cannot sleep on that side without aching. I also have SI joint pain after walking for 3 miles. People act like hip replacement is no big deal, but it is. I've never been a back sleeper, but that's the only way I can sleep without pain when I get out of bed in the morning. Sometimes I wish that I hadn't had it done.
How were you before surgery? Could you walk 3 miles? I couldn't before mine, can now. If you were able to do 3 mile walks at the time, surgery probably wasn't your only option left. I could barely do the grocery store for 20 minutes before mine.
@@kervet6046 I was walking two miles and doing everything I needed to do. However, now my other hip needs to be replaced because I can barely walk. When I do, I use a cane. My surgery is September 11. I tried a cortisone shot, but it did nothing.
Yes I shows not to have hip surgery i’ve been going to physical therapy. Found a really nice lady and she’s helped me a lot but it’s on the right side of my hip down my butt. I do all the stretches at home sometimes it’s hard to get dressed in the morning I watch all your videos I appreciate all of them, and good advice you have for me❤
I'm from Australia, I've had my Right hip replace in Feb this year, great results best thing ive done and I'm going back in tomorrow to get my left hip done
Great information! I had my left hip replaced just one year ago and right one 5 months ago. I’d say that I have a few of the issues mentioned, a bit of nerve pain down left leg, I think maybe bursitis on right side and tight IT bands which I am working on. But I can honestly say that these are just niggles compared to the arthritic pain I was in beforehand. The arthritis progressed very quickly, over 2 years. The elation of having the 1st one done didn’t last too long as the 2nd one went from bad to worse. I was pretty much disabled. The pain controlled my life. No amount of painkillers touched it. So now I am exercising and active and enjoying life again. The 1st couple of weeks after surgery were the worst for pain. I found sleeping on my back the hardest. And it’s only this last couple of weeks that I’ve been able to walk up stairs properly rather than one leg at a time, so I know that I’m still healing. It can take up to 18 months for all the tissue and muscles to settle back down. I personally could not have gone on without the surgery and I would recommend it to anyone if they need to have it done.
Since you asked, I'm in the U.S. I've had both hips replaced with anterior minimally-invasive approach. The worst pain I've had with both is in the femur, but it only lasted a few days.
3 week post op. Doing well. Had to lengthen the leg about an inch. Most of my pain is in the lower quad and knee. But, i feel im doing great for the amount of time.
Hi from Newport Beach, California. I’ve had a THR about 18 months ago, anterior approach, non cemented, computer assisted. Post op great, walked right away, never took pain meds except for advil for about 2 days. Unfortunately the pain in my groin area never went away. I am a very active person (personal trainer). Any suggestions as to what am I dealing with? Or is this normal? Thank you in advance.
Due to a car wreck in 2011, on my right side I have bolts that go through the S.I. joint. The right hip I've had replaced on the 13th of this month. What sorts of problems might you see this causing being also that this joint couldn't move because the bolts are holding it steady. My pelvis had been described as "crushed" hence reconstruction of it in 2011, after the car accident. The doctor had told my brother that he had had to go through some of the old hardware to perform this replacement.

@@epmanualphysicaltherapy Oh, thank. I got my second hip replacement 2 months ago . It's tuff. Phisiotherapy at home and outpatient is not very helpful just a waste of money. I found exercises on TH-cam from week 1st and .........later. I so appreciate people who help us so professionally and are free .
This is Eleanor in Tanzania. (I'm American, but this has been my home for 13 years.) Just had surgery in August, been in pain ever since. Hope you will address what to do. It's been three months. OUCH!
Had my hip replacement yesterday. Agony this morning, like a muscle spasm getting back into bed. Never known pain like it. Hopefully it’ll be onwards and upwards tomoz.
Keep moving slowly, the motion helps and early bed exercises. The leg will swell, so elevate it, with few pillows under the leg every time when sleeping. That way the blood and liquid flows back and reduces the swelling.
With suffering from osteoarthritis pain over 5 years with IT band and hip flexors tightness to the point they feel frozen, I am now 2 months after the first one. I am dealing with the same muscle issue which I knew I would have. Before surgery, I had pain going down to knee and outside lower leg to the ankle. That pain was gone after the surgery. Then as I work at the computer, I sat 3-4 hours straight and getting up from the chair was stiff and painful and I got the same pain again. So I know my pain comes from the muscle. The problem is that I am in so much pain on other side that I’m not able to walk or do exercises right now. I am having the other side done next week. So I am hopeful that I’m able to do more to correct the muscle problem after that.
Thanks for your reply I have had two hip replacements in the last six months ,the last one being three weeks ago. My first one still has bursitis, and that’s why I asked you what to do. Thank you again.

Hi, great video...I'm from the UK had a total hip replacement as i developed really bad arthritis in the hips due to 30+ years of playing sports.. Anyway, I had my operation at 10.30am and was home the same day around 4pm after being able to walk up and down several flights of stairs at the hospital... The recovery after the first couple of weeks was tough and painful (especially after the hospital meds had worn off). I managed to do my exercises 3 times a day which was really tough, but if you can control the pain and keep up to your pain management meds when needed you will definitely reap the rewards...
@@jeffhampton2767That's the norm in the UK, the hospital is desperate to free up beds. The physio will check you can do stairs ect and if you can there is a good chance they'll send you home.
@@jeffhampton2767it was part of the instant recovery procedure at tbe hospital... They try to get you walking up and down a flight of stairs with your walking aids before you can be discharged, so there's definitely method in the madness
@@intensivemanagementthe first couple of weeks was really painful, I definitely had to use my meds, but after that I was walking around the block (with crutches) around half a mile a day
I am 5 weeks into my surgery. I feel it was beneficial but I have pelvic pain and climbing stairs upward creates pain. Also have IT band issues and it sometimes burns, sensitive to touch
OMG! I have searched and searched for answers for several years. You just popped up on TH-cam and have described several of my issues to a tee. I subscribed and liked, and will be viewing this video again. I am certain I have the outer hip bursa issue. As well as an alignment problem. Now I just have to find treatment. THR 2016 left anterior. 2018 right posterior. 100% on the right side. Nothing but trouble on the left. Thanks for this. Helped a lot.

Dr adviced my son that underwent double hip pin suggery to drop the two cruthes after about 3months , we observed that even though he dropped the clutches, sometimes I see him Walk with a walking stick , I asked why do you do that, he said that some times he experiences pain and thats why he used the walking stick at that time. Thanks for your valuable information.

I am from South Carolina. I just had my 4th hip replacement this time they did a total replacement. I am going to keep watching your video. You sound very great.I have osteoporosis and have lost 2 inches in my height gone from 5’6” to 5’4” and still getting shorter. Is this normal. Thank you for your knowledge
I have had 2 hip replacements in the last 6 months, 3 months apart. Both were at Ambulatory Surgery Center and I went home 4-5 hours after surgery. I did fine. I had a home health care worker overnight the first night and first a few days.
I’m 3 months out I have pain in the outside of my hip and pain radiating down the outside of my quad and down to my knee! I think it’s IT syndrome I live in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 Who do I seek out to help with this pain? It’s worse when standing from sitting! Very painful to put weight on my leg! Thanks for doing these videos! I had the anterior approach ♥️🇨🇦
I had mine done 7/27/23 and think I have the same thing. When it flares, it makes it impossible to walk. My knee was as bad as my hip had been. So, now I need to look up exercises for the IT band..... Good luck Betty Lou!
Your physical condition going in to surgery is critical to your recovery. Plan your surgery two months or more out and lose some weight and start walking at a minimum. It’s paramount that you be in the best shape you can be before surgery. I had a total right hip replaced and was on a walker two days, a cane two more and by day five walking on my own. No bad pain was on pain meds one day. I’m 68 too. Had surgery at 7:00am and was home at 3:00pm. I’m in shape though.
How long is it normal to have a small amount of pain in the surrounding area after total replacement (posterior)? After, will I ever get back full rotation and range of motion (will I be able to do a cannonball into a pool or sit "indian style" if I was able to before)?
I jave a hard, swollen " duck-egg" feeling aroung my incision..would like to know whether this ever goes. Mot jeard of anyone else talking about this ..wxcelt you mention something similar. Has yours settled down ? Hope so I had posterior THR 10. weeks ago.
@@cymraesfalch my incision felt swollen and puffy for a long time. It prevented me from sitting properly for a while. 10 weeks is hard to remember specifics about at this point 7.5 months.. I can tell you now the scar is a little tender, but doesn't feel or get swollen much. I'm back working 50 ish hours a week and I walk for hours on most days (only 41 when I had it done). I'm getting back to the range of motion I described in my original comment....it's slow going, but the surgeon said some people it takes twice as long to get to where I'm at. Hope your swelling goes down and your recovery is fast. Don't over do it, but your effort and recovery go hand in hand. Physical therapy, and rest. I know it's hard, you'll get there.
Had my arthroplasty several months ago. It was done laterally/posterior. Therefore I had the added pain of more cut muscles and nerves than an anterior approach. Solid 10 level pain for a whole month! My surgeon was a doll and refilled my oxycodone for four weeks. Wow. No one can prepare you mentally for that level pain for that long. They send ya home day 2 but truly one should stay at least a week in hospital. I came home all incontinent and pissing everywhere. It was messy. You got to have someone at home that will do nurse duties. Now, three months later, I cannot sleep on my right side. It’s tender to the touch. Although I can walk well. And I’ve returned to the gym for some biking and swimming. But wow, it still hurts externally. I’ve got an appointment with my ortho in several weeks. My biggest fear is reopening it for revisions or bc of infection.
I’m having Pain to and I’m in my second are going on my third month. And I had the same procedure you had with robotics. I understand to have that lateral posterior do you have to have it with a robotics for the best results but of course more things are cut by going from that position and it takes longer to heal. I’m still in pain. I don’t have the answer but I don’t think it’s infection I’m sure your doctor would’ve caught that. I hope you’re getting some relief my doctor does three month. My doctor has not prescribed any pain meds I’m getting through my regular Pain doctor for other pain but my surgeon has not given me any pain meds at all. I decided to stick with my Pain doctor because I’ve already been established with him for a couple years for other Pain. I hope you’re getting better and I hope you find out what’s causing your pain.
Thank you have been 3 weeks in two hip opp was doing great ,but then l had a massive pain from hip two leg , soo stopped excersizes lam hoping it will settle dawn , just1/2 excersizes today wendy Australia 🇦🇺
I just had my second posterior hip replacement. This time I started a couple weeks after surgery having thigh pain. A deep ache. It comes and goes. Feels sciatic. Taking an anti inflammatory helps. I'm 6 weeks post op. I've done well with both...
Had my left hip joint replaced 3 months ago .I want to know if I can sleep on my left side now and whether I still need to have a pillow between my legs while sleeping ( as initially advised ).from India
I had both hips replaced in 2014 and 2015. The second surgery on the left hip did not seem to heal as well as the other, causing some pain with walking. Over the years since the pain worsened and X-rays revealed a broken upper trochanter bone. My new orthopedic surgeon shook his head and said nothing could be done! I am now using a cane and seeking another opinion in hopes of finding a solution to the pain and the limping. I am now 72 and know of no injury or possible cause for the broken trochanter bone.
I appreciate you so much. In the UK and Ireland you get no information! Just got my hip replacement done in Spain... I had a pin in my femur which had to be removed.... was really surprised when the surgeon told me that the clip in my knee was broken and he needed a tool to remove it! I 've been watching you for a while and you've helped me tremendously 🙏🏻 4 days post surgery I'm still in serious pain 😣 working on the muscles though and have a special folder for your videos.
Ed from Maine, USA I had my LEFT hip done Anterior non cemented pressure fit with 2 screws in socket. The ball was completely gone and lost 3" of length. NOW my RIGHT hip is almost useless after carrying the load for years so my new hip is trying to teach the muscles what to do on the left . My LEFT hip is also bad and needs to be replaced. Hi I'm English but live in France I've had a double hip replacement and with my second one on the left side which was just over a year ago, I have pain on that side when I'm in bed but as soon as I'm awake and up the pain goes but thru the night the pain wakes me! Regards Alyson
I am from the bottom of the South Island of New Zealand. I have learnt more from watching your video than the Drs have told me. I have osteo and have had 3 hip replacements. First because of Osteo second one was also due to Osteo but the third one was due to a fall and dislodged the stem of the hip top and bottom. Now I am getting pain in the first hip again and am going for xrays. With pinched nerve or muscle imbalance or bursitis or tendonitis or IT will a chiropractor be able to help with these problems if not who do I go too to help fix these things? Or can I look up exercises I can do at home for these areas? Thanks again for your video.
3 months after hip replacement my groin hurts a little bit when sitting and hurts a lot when standing up. After walking for a minute pain kind of goes away. Still have a hard time standing on my operated by itself. Considering going back to physical therapy, do you have any suggestions ? Thanks.
@@robertmart7123 I went to physical therapy for a month and walking my dog every day for 20 minutes. Pain is almost gone. Had right hip replacement in 2019. Still sharp pain when I turn when dancing or turn back to surgeon, repeatedly, navy, and was told it was still seated, and they could see no reason for; I have severe pain still
I had my hip replaced a week ago. It was the anterior placement. At home I kept my leg raised to reduce swelling instead it swelled more Kept getting worse. It seemed to be coming from too tight of a panty leg band. Now my leg swells the minute I put it down. I also have lumbar issues, sciatica, osteopenia and osteoarthritis. I have a lot of pain in the buttock and partially down the outer thigh. I know I'm only 8 days post-op but this pain on top of the swelling soreness WOW! My first knee replacement didn't hurt this bad. Is it usual for severe leg swelling afterwards? I'm hoping it goes away soon.
Great video, I am living in the UK, I am in week nine of recovery from a posterior right hip replacement and I am still getting a hot area on the surgery sight why?
Hey Stephen, thanks for your support! So sorry to hear about your hip replacement. Although your joint has already been operated, there is going to be certain weaknesses inherent to the time you had to take off of exercising and a possible muscle imbalance. It's hard to tell exactly without knowing your specific case, but a safe bet would be to begin working on fixing your underlying imbalance. Here is a playlist that could be useful: “Hip Replacement Help” th-cam.com/play/PLJVIPiFvv1mbtxiBV-dKJseYEifBGANyT.html
I had both hips replaced. 8 months apart. My First replacement took a lot of stress during healing of the second replacement. Within 4 weeks I developed bursitis in the first hip replacement and strained my glute muscle in same leg. After about 3 weeks of painful bursitis it has finally calmed down. Now that first replacement is so much weaker and it is painful to put weight on it when walking. I had my surgeon take an X-ray and confirm mechanically it’s okay. His suggestion was more side hip flexor exercises and stationary bike and elliptical machine. Your video was immensely helpful, especially relating to bursitis.

It's been seven years since I had a hip replacemen. Actually I fell and had my replacement on my left hip and repair work on my right. As of now, I still have some pain. My balance has not been good for years. That, with my hip surgery has not been good for my ability to walk property. I have to use a cane and/or a walker, plus I have some pain. Is there any thing I can do? Thank you.
Hi my husband had 2 hip replacements in his right side he gets like pins and needles in his leg going down right into his right shoulder. It comes and goes. We are from Heidelberg gauteng
I had a total hip replacement and bone cyst problems it was a posterior approach, 3 years later when I bend forward I have a stabbing pain in the thigh it's very painful and now top of the thigh, the hip replacement was done to osteoarthritis

Just had a right hip replacement. The immediate pain was awful. Didn’t sleep first night, right leg was just really sore. I made the mistake of watching all these ‘walked in 1 day’ videos on TH-cam so it’s taken me by surprise. I didn’t get the op until 4pm, so I didn’t get any physio until the next day. Feels just sore, bruised, but swelling has I feel gone down. Eased off a little but day 3 and I’m unsure if I can do exercises In this pain.
I had a total hip replacement, I went home within a few hours of my surgery. Total life changing.
Just had mine done, God I hope things improve.
I heard that.❤❤❤❤❤
I'm having a total hip replacement (anterior) in 2 weeks!
I just had anterior surgery a week ago feeling better every day I do have lower back pain but I’m sure it will go away
Let me know how it goes
Had some pain for just 2 days
Had a walker for just a few days
Used cane for 3 weeks
She said this was the best thing for her
She was in excruciating pain for years before deciding to get it done
She said keep a positive attitude attitude try to do a little walking and light exercises drink a lot of water before surgery and you will be fine
Plus get a good support system around you
Hope this helps
FYI, just make sure your surgeon has good reviews. I had mine a month ago and so far so good. Good luck to you.😊
After my surgery total reconstruction on my hip and pelvis I swear I didn't sleep for two maybe three years It was so brutal you just can never give up keep driving and striving
How are you doing now?
Such a helpful video---thank you! Seeing the anatomy is SO helpful (and interesting)---it makes you realize how complex hip replacement is.
Thanks for clarifying possible causes of post op HRS pain. . Am 5 months post op. and have residual stinging / burning type pain. Am seeing surgeon and can now better describe my concerns.
7 weeks away from surgery. Doing my pre op exercises religiously. Greetings from Australia
Had hip replacement two weeks ago and was not told any of this by surgeon. I suggest that anyone approaching hip or knee replacement watch these videos. I learned a lot , some too late, by watching these now. Also watched ones about using a walker, a cane, transferring into bed, and useful tools for getting dressed - especially if you don't have help at home.

excellant info. my first replacement was good at first went back to next day but then 4 weeks later ended up with a staff infection and had to put a bigger ball in because of slipage. then four weeks after dislocated new hip and twisted . now on ther mend and have diffrent doctor much better for other hip, thankyou for your info.
Was it anterior approach or posterior?
Been fidgeting my legs since the last time I saw your post thank you
You are an angel of information. THANK YOU for all to do to educate us.

Why am i experiencing pain in my groin area.
Toy from Utah
After 4 months post-surgery I still cannot sleep on that side without aching. I also have SI joint pain after walking for 3 miles. People act like hip replacement is no big deal, but it is. I've never been a back sleeper, but that's the only way I can sleep without pain when I get out of bed in the morning. Sometimes I wish that I hadn't had it done.
Me, too
I know what you mean

This is great to hear Jody! We wish you the absolute best health through your upcoming left hip replacement tomorrow.
Same here. My experience is the same.
Since you asked, I'm in the U.S. I've had both hips replaced with anterior minimally-invasive approach. The worst pain I've had with both is in the femur, but it only lasted a few days.
Just came home yesterday, so much pain.😢

Really good discussion. But sounds like doctors are not giving good follow-up care after surgeries.

How are you today? All the best.
Keep moving slowly, the motion helps and early bed exercises.
The leg will swell, so elevate it, with few pillows under the leg every time when sleeping.
That way the blood and liquid flows back and reduces the swelling.
Thank u ❤Had Hip surgery twks ago & doing pretty good PT twice a wk. Will keep this video for future reference 😊
I had a hip replacement 10 years ago I fill Great no pains. Had a awesome surgeon knew what he was doing

How much pain and how long after surgery?
Why on Earth would you walk up and down several flights of steps right after surgery. Does not seem very smart.

Will the SI joint pain go away or am I stuck having this forever??
I’m 3 months out
I have pain in the outside of my hip and pain radiating down the outside of my quad and down to my knee!
I think it’s IT syndrome
I live in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Who do I seek out to help with this pain? It’s worse when standing from sitting! Very painful to put weight on my leg! Thanks for doing these videos! I had the anterior approach
♥️🇨🇦
@@cymraesfalch how you feeling? Hoping better after a few more weeks

Hi Jill! 👋🏽😊🇦🇺 Thank you so much for your support from across the pond and for your kind words! We appreciate you! 🧡
How you doing now?

Thank you im learning so much from this ..

I had my LEFT hip done Anterior non cemented pressure fit with 2 screws in socket. The ball was completely gone and lost 3" of length. NOW my RIGHT hip is almost useless after carrying the load for years so my new hip is trying to teach the muscles what to do on the left . My LEFT hip is also bad and needs to be replaced.
Any suggestions on what to do ? PT makes things worse !
Hi I'm English but live in France I've had a double hip replacement and with my second one on the left side which was just over a year ago, I have pain on that side when I'm in bed but as soon as I'm awake and up the pain goes but thru the night the pain wakes me! Regards Alyson
Many pillows and sleeping pills
liked your presentation, learned some things I needed to know, thanks and I will archive your clip on.hips.
Hey Darren! Glad you liked it! :-)
Thanks.
Wow..I'm six weeks out and I have exactly the same symptoms as you. Did you get any solid advice?

I went to physical therapy for a month and walking my dog every day for 20 minutes. Pain is almost gone. Based on Dr all these is due to scare tissue and most likely to bother some one younger due to muscle development and strength in comparison to an older person. Keep doing your exercises and check with your Dr. I am 8 months out and still have a little bit of discomfort but it is getting better thank God. I hope you experience a faster healing.
I have groin pain before and still after hip replacement can you give me an idea what I could do about it. Bothers me more when I start to walk

Had right hip replacement in 2019. Still sharp pain when I turn when dancing or turn back to surgeon, repeatedly, navy, and was told it was still seated, and they could see no reason for; I have severe pain still
Thank you so much I really look to benefit from this
Hi Erick! Thank you for the kind words! We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!
Here is a playlist that could be useful:
