Thank you for your continued educational videos, as a Pilates instructor I enjoy your information because it helps me help my clients who have finished the “ 90 “ days of rehab and have no clue how to work the muscles in a safe and healthy way.

@@paolaleanos-i2tcan you cross your legs to put on your sock and have normal range of motion?

@@americasariesson1862 I can definitely cross my legs with no pain but to completely bring them over to my lap no, but I’m not in pain I can still be able to bring my knee up to a point that I can put my sock on. There’s still movements that you should avoid if you have bone on bone. I’m flexible enough thanks to movement to be able to get creative.

Can I do this program while I'm working? I can't take months off, it flares up but doing these exercises is helping. I just don't know if this will work if I can't follow it exactly. I believe I can do it, I think it's just going to take longer because I have to work. I've been working on this for several months just from watching your videos and I'm definitely improving. Thank you!

To participate in the Hip Recovery Program, do I have to get down on the floor? It is essential to know this as I cannot do so. Thank you

I have foot drop and a basket at L5-S1 and radiculopathy. Will this 4 phase protocol help me? My back surgeon tried to send me for double replacement in Fall, I declined, stating I’d like to try this first. He laughed at me.

I have been listening constantly to you and follow your advice for weeks and weeks (glutes etc) but pain keeps coming more often and adductors become stiffer or femurs so much so that seeing a othopedist today I left distraught because he said cartilage almost gone and the future brings me immobility, unlessI go for the hip replacerment (in Germany constantly recommend-of course for the very proftable) ....lost and distraught and in doubt ..thinking he may be right ...
PRETTY PLEASE comment on this Thank you❤

I know is discouraging, I have bone on bone and they also suggest hip replacement. You need a lot of discipline, do the mobilities exercises correct, proper form, you need to do them everyday at least 3 times a day, fix your diet, no sugars, bread, processed foods, junk food, no alcohol, no smoking. I’m a year in into the program and my pain is almost gone. It takes a lot of effort you got this.

Interesting, bone on bone, no cartilage at all plus deformity. I would very much like to have a consult first.

@ I did, they suggested hip replacement asap I’m only 34 years old the more I can prolong the surgery I’m up for it. It is definitely challenging and you need to be very true to your self and put in the work is not for the lazy. Thank god I found David and his program, my pain is almost completely gone. It’s all about the glutes like he says on this video, I’m thankful and moving. I can run, walk, workout and most importantly happy.
