    Very good advice!!!
Chest to wall is arguably the best move for HS practice / drills.
Back to wall for kick up drills and chest to wall for form and balance drills.
    Practice not make perfect.
    Perfect practice makes perfect.
If you change the way you look at things the things you look at will change.

Hey, im not sure of how true this is, but i have heard that it is of better form to keep your head in between your arms and looking into the wall, rather than looking between your hands while performing a handstand. The biggest argument for this is, that it is supposed to keep your spine from arching as much, ensuring greater stability when performing skills like rotations. Id be interested to know, what you guys think of this

Hi! Yes, it is true that it is "better" alignment, but it's not crucial to a handstand. Stability is not really affected. If you want to prevent the arch in your spine, then you just need to push out with your shoulders, engage your core, and keep your ears as close to or in line with your arms. It's also a lot easier for beginners to look between their hands than at the wall.
I believe it is also easier to perform rotations while looking at the ground. Ultimately, it’s about finding what feels most stable and works best for you. Happy handstanding!

If you can handstand you’ll know what finding your own balance point is, if you want to hand balance consistently.
Handstands and hand balancing are like tomato and tomato.
My daughter is an advanced gymnast (Nile Wilson Academy age group 10-14) and the only time you see the gymnasts holding ‘perfect form’ handstands is when they are warming up or doing balance drills. The rest of the time in when they’re in handstand their toes are touching their heads, or they are when they are doing shapes, the only thing you don’t see, is ‘perfect form’ or ‘eyes face the ground or wall or here or there’.
Every gymnast completes the moves the same yet every gymnast has their own ‘style’.
Callisthenics handstands are 100% real and proper handstands but whenever actual gymnasts or a hand balancer friend of mine (circus type people) sees me handstand (I can hold 20-30 seconds with strict form) they’re almost always waiting to see what I’ll transition into next and then crack half a smile when all I’ve done is hold regular handstand for x amount of time.
Not that any type of handstand is easy but if we over concentrate on a single tree we can sometimes miss a whole forest!
Good luck to everybody learning the handstand and these videos will help you get them in no time!
As long as you don’t create a long term injury, just have fun with it!
