I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. I have bpd, depression and anxiety. I'm high functioning which is great but somedays I cant get out of bed. This is amazing. I'm putting all these pages in my Bullet Journal. I love the mean girl page, my internal dialog is intense, I never thought to write out the thoughts instead of trying to quiet the thoughts. Great video. I am also a strong believer in therapy. Everyone should have a therapist.

I thank you for making videos for mental health. I have struggled with my mental health for many years and I do try to keep up with it. I never thought to do memory keeping in my journal, very cool indeed! I may even be able to try and do a simple bullet journal as well. Although to be honest I have never been able to keep up with planning. But you my lady have given me hope again that it's ok not to be perfect at it, just try and be simple. For me it's literally sometimes one minute at a time. Thank you again and God bless.

I am so glad i came across your channel...im fighting depression and anxiety since many years and when i learnt about bullet journalling and watched videos for layouts and stuff, i would try them and get so overwhelmed in couple of months and just give up!!! I would always end up writing a lot of stuff, feelings, etc, not much task oriented and my journal wouldnt match any of the highly achieved bujo videos!!! It would put me down.
After watching this video i realise it was me doing the journalling my way, more like what i needed to be doing for my mental health!
Thanks a lot for your honesty :)

I love you so much right now, you call your inner critic (depression) mean girl too, me too. I have just started my first bujo as a crisis book, panic attacks pounce or build up and when in the middle of the storm I don't recognise them for what they are. Journalling made me realise there are at least 3 kinds so its no wonder I didn't recognize them as panic attacks. In my journal I'm also using it to write what helps as well as what doesn't so when I'm in that headspace, I know I can grab this book and know there will be stuff in there that will help. Writing my own self help book I guess. Loved this video, off to watch your other journalling ones, and subscribe. I hope today has been as kind to you as possible sending you love light and gratitude x

You might consider exploring the list of 40 virtues. Research what each virtue means, and then track them ben franklin style in your bullet journal like a mood tracker. List all forty on a daily grid, then each day, review the virtues and mark the cell for each virtue you can remember practicing that day. Make notes in your journal narrative about the significant virtues you practiced that day and highlight the virtue you've highlighted in your tracker by drawing a circle or square around the bullet. Over time, find a chance to narrate all of the virtues you've practiced. Which virtues are you having trouble finding ways to practice?

I just noticed the 1 thumbs down vote and i'm shocked. Who does that? This is a great video and an important topic. Haters really can be cruel. Even if you don't love the video, how hard could it have been to restrain yourself from spreading the hate?

LOL...it's all just part of the youtube world. Maybe by spreading more positive vibes, eventually it may outshine the negatives. That's my goal when sharing my videos at least!
