These were wonderful ideas! I'm working on my Mental health and Self-Care/Self-Love along with other things but this video popped up at the perfect time. Because these spreads are going to help me in creating my own spreads (similar to yours) to fit more of my needs in those areas. Loved the video! It's hard finding videos with mental health spreads ideas that are actually helpful.

Hey Emily, I'm so happy to hear these spreads came at the perfect time for you 😍 Was there a bullet journal spread that you liked the most? I'd love to hear your thoughts and maybe make a second video if you need more ideas 🥰

@@JournalingWithNadia honestly I loved all of your spreads. But the ones that helped me the most were the trigger spread and the self love language. I am having a hard time with figuring out what works best with me when something triggers my anxious/anxiety/panic attacks and/or my depression and I'm constantly exhausted. And I can be very very harsh on myself on things when I feel I didn't do my best on when in reality I did do my best. I'm trying to re-learn how to love and care for myself again. I'm naturally a very loving and caring person, I want to take care of the people I love and I do. And I push myself to the end of the line because I am taking care of everyone else except for me, I'm lazy when it comes to myself. I am trying to find some kind of technique(s) &/or spreads that could help my depression. I've made some progress on my anxiety (still a work in progress) but I'm struggling with my depression more and how to handle it. I hope my reply helps. If you have any more questions please ask, I have no problems sharing my mental health struggles and even sharing spreads that I'm trying. I really appreciated you making this video and if you are able to create more, even if its just here and there honestly that would be sooo helpful.

@@MsEmily-wp1in wow Emily, thank you so so much for sharing your experience 💕 I'm sure many of us can relate with struggling to learn to love ourselves again and being so comfortable with putting other people first. I can tell that you have a very loving and caring heart, and you definitely deserve the kindness you show everyone else. Learning about my triggers and finding what works has helped me tremendously, I'll create more videos like this in the future with more self care spread ideas as well 🥰 thank you so much for your amazing comments and I really admire your strength 💕

@@JournalingWithNadia Enjoy a cup of tea while sitting on the couch ☺️ I tend to have a sip here and there and most of the time my tea gets cold before I finish it as I do too many things. But now I'm determined to implement a 10minute break just to enjoy the tea. 🍵🫖
I also put some of the things you had on the list, such as walk, gym, read, netflix etc. I'm looking forward to using this spread whenever I need it. It's going to be a great reminder of all the things I can do to feel better after a busy period. 💜

I literally had to pause to video to comment, while listening to you talk about self-care love languages. SO INTERESTING about the self-destructive habits and their opposites!! Like you, my destructive habit it definitely overworking myself and burning out. OMG. And like, I know that I should chill out and spend some quality me-time, but it never really clicked that the two would be opposites on the same spectrum. Love this video Nadia! ♥

I hope you find ways to have some rest & self care so you don't burn out 😭💕 sending so much love your way Ashley!

@@JournalingWithNadia not to be gloomy on such a sweet comment but my journal has changed in the 6 months I've be learning with it. Now i keep records of skin routine, exercise, sexual health, mental development thru reading, creating, learning another language, medical notes, supplememting, blood pressure tracking ect but now with 2 goals in mind. First to improve myself by having a record of what does and doesn't work. Secondly, i plan on finding a university/program/something to leave my body and all journals to when i pass. This way there is a historical record of what i have (or have not) done with my body and science/students can learn with data on hand. I think this could be valuable in the right setting and prevents the funerary expenses. Plus my doctor likes the extra data as well 😄 it sounds sad or negative but i like thinking the efforts of now will be worth something even when I'm gone. I hope this makes sense and doesn't bring down your cheerfulness
