Got 7inch pipes on both the trucks I drive. 7 inch straights on the 2001 W9, and 7 inch curved at the top on the 05 W900L. Bought some real badass stacks for both of them. I think I like the sound of the straight stacks (ones like yours) the best.
Gotta love that torque too, watching the driver side torque up under load and listening to her talk. Oohhh yea. Love when those super semis lift a tire off the ground with all that torque!

@@redline350zHR I got it ready just have steel rims all around cause it has the old style bud rims and I bought hub pilot for all axles going to put it to work for about 2 or 3 months and buy some aluminum rims, but they are so expensive 😂.

It’s the go pro hero 7 I do have the 8 but said if the go pro falls and ran over it prefer to be the older one 🤣. And nothing it leaks from the bottom we’re the clamp goes. And next time I start the truck any left water comes out

@@KLNYC he is saying there is NO FLAP inside these pipes...the rain will go to the bottom (where the stacks curve to go towards the Engine) and it will leak out where the clamp for the 90degree angled part of the pipe goes.

Okay so you have the kitty cat 3406 I had the 05379 with a twin turbo C15 kitty cat and she was up and she was a monster fully grow fully grossed 80,000 lb climbing a 6% grade at 75 miles an hour
How do you make your turbo do that in between shifts? Lol I’m a a diesel mechanic and my Western Star 4800 6nz, stage 1 turbo from borg warner, straight pipe 5 inch to 7 inch stacks won’t do that sound in between shifts
I think our inline 6 trucks sound better, I was looking at some videos of the Scania trucks earlier not bad at all, they soon pretty good. Not a fan of that style of truck thou they don’t look to nice

Cat should to do a partnership with a new truck company (maybe the Traton Group from Europe) and so come back to make trucks engines in North America.
They don't want to deal with the emissions bs for over the road from my understanding.

Running DEF in their construction equipment now, so they are into it now anyway
