Thanks guys for checking out my lifts I really appreciate it, love the big brain energy! 🧠 speaking of weightlifting I actually hit 102.5kg in the hang snatch last week 🎉
I qualified for the state championships twice in the State of Wisconsin USA back in my junior year and senior year of high school. I always regretted not changing my style to a rotational release, I believe I could’ve went out 65 + feet. My best in practice with the kick and turn technique was 59’2 feet and 54’11 in competition. Have a great day guys and thank you for being a great team and source of information. Are you guys still interested in gene editing for performance ? Would love another video on that, it’s an interesting subject to explore imo 🙏💙💯
He’s paranoid but I think madness is a big leap. Also he’s capitalising on that type of viewer watching his videos, who knows how much of it he actually believes…

Hell yeah!
You're an incredible inspiration for all of us
wow
Incredible! The feats of strength, combined with the sense of joy - brilliant.
Something I notice is she just looks really happy. She celebrates each big lift, and clearly loves training.
I love how much fun she’s having in these clips
I love when the throwers are at it
You must be happy because they’re always at it

Another excellent series in the making, thanks for covering more throwers lads, maybe you'll cover me one day😉
Great video, thank you for the info on why to wear equipment.
Check out a hammer thrower named Joe Ellis, trains out of the US and competes for team England. He’s approaching a 500lb hang clean
Love this series!
Great smile!
When u say 75-80% are u talkin of your full clean/snatch variation? Or 75-80 of your power variation?
I get the joke. His decent into madness is something to behold
