The chassis looks like one from a Chimaera, you must remember that TVR isnt the usual carmaker.

you can use ad block to hide this specific profile picture as well, it's the gift that keeps on giving
maybe turn the milk float into a car lowering the roof ..I used to drive one in the 60s from 2am in the morning to up to 4pm on a saturday ....
If that had been me, i'd have used the milk float's chassis and most of the body. Just added some more batteries to raise the voltage
