It used way less water than we use when handwashing. We love having this dishwasher for when we’re boondocking as it conserves our water. 🙌

Hey I have just bought the same dishwasher as you. I'm having a hard time finding a spot to hook it up with limited counter top space and was seeing your video. How did you all hook yours up? Is it on a rolling stand? And will the drain hose reach the sink without having to roll around the cart to the sink?

Disclaimer please measure to see if it will fit because ours didn’t fit between the cabinets so we had to bring in a table in the kitchen because of the draining so the kitchen is smaller if we want to use this

You need a dishwasher for 2 plates and two bowls basically. 😮
Mine which is simar fits a 4 place plates setting, 3 drinking glasses and all the cutlery I can fit in the tray so a sink of dishes.

I see you put the drain hose in the sink which is higher than the dishwasher. Does it pump/push the water out or is there still water in the tube when it's done? I thought it would drain using a downward slope, this would be great if it has a built in Pump!

Normal dishwashers drain upwards to the sink drain under the cabinet. I don't see how this is any different.
@@microbios8586 ya it just can't drain too high. I bought one and it has a specific height it can go. Big dishwasher normally drain straight out to the sink drain

This is false advertising, that hose that she put into the sink will not work, because it's higher than the machine. She is just scamming people. Also notice she has to move the machine out to put water in it (it will not be under the sink like that)
I think it may works as how she showcases it. Yes, you'll have to move the cube out from under the table to pour water in the tank. And the hose has a suction cup to make sure the hose stays in place. For this, I would recommend having these portable dishwashers placed on the actual table.
@@whip_pan i got one that’s how i know it won’t work. i tried placing it like hers and it couldn’t pump the water out and upwards like that. i contacted the manufacturer they said it needs to be higher than the sink at all times in order to work

There’s a pump. It pumps the water out through the hose.
As this is setup in this video, you do have to slide the dishwasher out to fill it up with water. The drain hose suctions to the countertop and the pump pumps the water out. We never had any issues with this setup. I do have this dishwasher completely plumbed in now - I drilled a hole through the kitchen island to run the water and drain connections so we no longer have to move it to fill it up. We have had this dishwasher over a year and we still love it!

How do you use the portable water tank? Without hooking up to sink? Got mine today and it won't work, I filled it to top with water and the icons flash red and it didn't start

Add says 6 set but paperwork says 4 no room for pots and pans.
Our pots and pans are not dishwasher safe, so we hand wash those. But everything else goes in our dishwasher.

Usually there is a filter. Just remove the big pieces to not block that filter, and clean it once in a while.

no offense but it had no space for the dishes that would actually take time away from family, the amount of time it took to load those 2 plates, a glass, a bowl and some utensils can easily be used to do it by hand, the purpose of dishwasher was to save time and energy washing lots of dirty dishes, when there is no space for lots of dirty dishes it kinda kills the purpose. it can be useful for sick people however.

I'm sorry but that's highly more unsanitary putting the hose in the sink your getting more bacteria in the sink with dishes, I wouldn't spend a penny on that

Mate do you realize she could have an invisible disability? Because I do and I can’t wash 3 plates at all. Just because someone looks ‘normal’ or ‘fine’ on the outside, doesn’t mean you get a peek into their life.

I used to think like that,but when i have a small family,i get tired doing all the cooking and wash after dinner,lunch.yes i can ask everyone wash their own,it make the kitchen so messy.and im the one clean that.The reasons WHY people buy this is the same reasons why people buy electronic rice cook.This is not lazy,this is how to utilize the time.
