      You got left? I got right ear. Interesting. I am using airpods so I know I was using the right earbud in the right ear maybe you are using wired ones and had the wrong earbud in ur left and right ears?

      I think I have the same hair type as you mate judging by your profile pic, what do you ask the barber to get that style? I ask for short on sides and not much off the top but it never looks right they always fade it up to the top and the curls never overhang like you’ve got

      @@RossCharles Just the typical straight Asian hair. We never gave much thought about how to use the blowdryer, just dry using a concentrator but wondering if there is a better technique to create volume and keeping styles in place if using gel & hairspray products? Thank you.

    Hi, Im planning on diffusing my already wavy hair to dry it up quicker will my hair become curlier than normal or would it just dry it without adding extra curls and volume? Thank you!

    Does it really matter how expensive the diffuser is or is there like a big differnce in types of diffuser and results?? I got like 2b/2c hair. btw the vid was really great😄👍🏽

      it doesn't really matter, but what is important is that it fits your hair dryer properly, some have a tendency to fly off while you are using them if they don't fit well. Thanks for liking the video !

    Hi mate. For the diffuser, can I use it on quite thin straight hair to make it curly and stay in place? Usually blows in the wind and I want it fairly curly on top

      I’d recommend after doing this process with the diffuser to sprinkle styling powder (sea salt powder) lightly tho! Too much on the hair will make it feel solid apply carefully!

      apply strong hairspray afterwords once you have your desired look, then solidify the hairspray with a hairdryer.

    so does that gel go into wet hair? because most dont i think. Also should the diffuser touch the scalp / hair or can you leave some space?

      Yes apply to wet hair. You can do both... not touching the scalp will prevent the hair from being moved into a different shape, good for naturally curly hair. However if the hair is naturally straight, it can work well to touch the scalp with the diffuser as the prongs will allow the hair to set around them.

    what’s the length on top? is it thinned out or left at same length? every time I try this it doesn’t go anything like this.

      The hair wasn't thinned out as such.. however it was textured. It can be done on lengths even as long as 10cm. However you may need to use strong hairspray and dry it in solid.

      If you have enough product on yes it should do. Although it will depend on how much you would sweat

      Yes you can bro. You can also use a salt/sea salt spray. Only difference is that the gel will also hold the hair in place. The mousse and Sea Salt spray will give you more curl though.

      good question... use the heat setting that your scalp can handle.. If you are concerned about heat damage for your hair you can use a heat protection spray

    How do I give volume to my hair?
    I have *very* straight short, fine hair with absolutely no volume whatsoever.
    Am I able to do that with a blow dryer? I have the Dyson supersonic.

      Yes it is possible. use a good styling product to give support and use a brush or diffuser to give your hair elevation.

    Ive had flat straight hair for a few years now and i want hair like your client however I do not have access to the gel as it’s not in stock and I live in the UK. I have tried using the diffuser but I’m not getting much success any tips? I use sea salt spray.

      Thanks for your comment. We actually don't use this gel anymore, however we are now bringing one out in our own brand. It should be out in a couple of weeks and I ill send you a link to the site. Reg. tips, its really important that you prep the hair before you diffuse so I'm sure when you get the gel you will be fine. We also do a great sea salt spray which is great for diffusing too. Ill send a link for that also. Cheers

    how do you get curly hair just by squeezing it like that? When I try it my hair just stands straight up. Do I need longer hair?

      Some of it is your hair type. Some people have naturally wavy/ curly hair. If your hair is straight, it might not be as easy. The squeezing helps the product lock in the curls I think

      I think higher heat will work better but obviously it’s not as healthy for your hair or scalp, so probably medium

      you can use hi heat but keep it moving around. If you feel the heat too much on your scalp.. turn the heat down

    So if you have natural straight hair on top, does the diffuser still work to make it wavy/curly ?

      Thank you for your comment, Yes if you make sure that you make the diffuser prongs wrap around the selected hair and make sure that you keep still on each section. You will most likely need to use more product too. That said if the hair is super straight then you may just get a slightly textured look. However keep practising it and the more you do it the better it will become. Also try AlterEgo Solo gel as an alternative to the one I used.

      It all depends on the thickness of the hair, I would say on average no more than 5 minutes. You don't want to make it bone dry either. Hope that helps !

      No i'm afraid not, it's temporary. You could try a perm if you wanted permenently curly hair.

      It depends on the hair type, however in the video a gel was used. Always use water soluble products. suggestions could be Sojourn wet/dry gel or AlterEgo Italy Solo Gel.

    Hi i have wavy hair i apply some coconut oil products in it when wet and its wavy when dry should i diffuse and style when wet or dry because when wet my hait would not be as wavy and im trying to get the wavy llook thanks

      If your hair is wavy anyway and you want it to be wavy I wouldn't suggest that you should use a diffuser as it will make it more curly. Best to apply your product and leave to dry naturally

      Messy top with a fade (skin tight or not) or just whatever number guard of your preference on the side. Either way works nicely with the style and if you want to add a hard part it would still look nice, too.

      you are right there is a light rub of the hair. What I was intending was a more vigorous rub of the roots to shake the hair which would cause more of a frizzy look. perhaps on an other video I could explain more on this. thank you for your contribution
