Be it dal, sabji, curry even khakhra till before getting married. I was slim too. now I m married to a agrawal family where I no more eat sugar in anything except tea, milk. Now after 14 years of marriage I started having cravings to eat fresh malai and crave to put little sugar in dahi, malai, rice. Please guide what to do. Please make a video on malai 's benefits/ side effects.
