I have a 2014 f350 leveled with 20x12s and 35s that rubbed much worse than yours. Pretty easy to trim and get rid of the rub. Just take a grinder and cut off the lower portion of that bracket you rub against. Will eliminate your tires catching your bumper. Just make sure your file everything down so you don’t leave a sharp edge.
