I have visited in this project twice here is my experience
1. Project is delayed due to insufficient funds now if they did not had fund to complete project one may clearly guess where they would have compromised
2. Show flat is definitely nice but there is huge difference between show and actual flat i jave never seen even tiles got changed from show flat to actual flat except this project
3. Construction quality is not good you will definitely start facing issues within 3 -4 years
5. Not much space left for green area almost everywhere u will find only tower not s good society layout
6.flat layout is not good u will not find separate wardrobe space inside master bedroom in smaller size so eventually ur master bedroom will become too small
7.just use stairs to go to 1st or 2nd floor your head will touch to roof while using stairs if u are 5'10 or 6 feets
8. Layout of flats and landscaping is not at all good thats why even swimming pool is made on top of club house as NO MEANS NO AREA LEFT IN SOCIETY LAND TO MAKE IT
I changed my mind and these are reasons I did not buy flat in this society

@@49sandeep i booked in crc sublimis if u want u can consider the same option also u can visit ace divino too or ATS happy trails which is near to posession or may be apex golf avenue which is ready to move i would suggest u to choose some project which is build on mivan technology
Home automation is also by ATS Happytrails already

Neha kaushik we have booked a flat in this and we have been facing lot of problems as there is no oc and no cc... So no bank is funding this project now For more than 6 months they are saying oc and cc will come but still no hope... How u know about the default???
