Hi! Sample Flats have furnitures, wall paintings, ceiling lights, woodwork, etc. Builders make sample apartments to lure the clients into believing that this is how their home is going to look like. It's about selling a dream, no? You would also like the best version of your product to be showcased. Also, you must not have visited a sample apartment, because till date there isn't one at Ramprastha Imperial Heights. What you saw was an actual apartment which will get delivered to the customers, with whatever work must have been completed by then. (For eg., kitchen countertop, bathroom fittings, etc.) I really have no clue why @Iamindian might have deleted your comment. Zero idea, buddy. Thats true that builders wants to lure customers thats y they showcased their flats but in reality it is not builder who makes a false promises it is third party which builder hires to sell their project makes a false promises because i have seen their as well in Ramprastha also and coming to quality of the work which builder have done in the raw flat which i have seen like tiles in the drawing room, kitchen and bathroom all were of low quality and doesnt meet the standard of luxury here i am talking only about the tiles and all not about the construction quality because i dont have knowledge about construction. Thats also true that @iamindian have 50K subscribers and may be builder have paid vloger to mislead the buyers and when one someone highlighted the reality of the work going on in the project thn it makes a obvious reason for vloger to delete the comment I hope you guys wont mislead the buyers good luck for your journey and name doesnt matter what matters is honesty 👍
