its not mandatory to have a dining table, interior is subjective and depending on the requirement of the family. Thats the reason they have used a breakfast counter. ek banayega dusra khayega. Remember there are just 2 members in the family.
Dining area is mandatory , no point of investing in 3 bhk flat in an apt where the living area is way too compact & the kitchen layout is crap too. Balconies size are large & it does not make sense . Worst project of county group in my opinion. I booked my flat in this society but then cancelled with in a week and I think it was the best decision ever. The interior work work is fantastic though.
Beta abhi tum girlfriend ke sang McD ke burger or fries ka hisab karo, Ghar ka vision blur hai.. lene jab nikloge tab 11 lakh me dekhna naani yaad aa jayegi..
