Tapos sasabihin natin "Its more fun in the Phlippines" ??? Nakakahiya ! Tourism will boost our local economy kasi foreigners spend money in our country which helps our local business to earn more. The local and national government MUST do something to solve/fix these problems.
There's plenty of overpriced vacant condos in the Philippines. They're overbuilding. It's a bubble and they're lying about it like everything else.
Leave politics out of it if you want subs and not divide already divided people - US and worldwide. That's just foolish. Researching and having been to P H and T H twice each, T H is cheaper - and more culturally interesting. I'd say that P H had nicer - or more welcoming - people though.
It's cheap in thailand because it's own by china
So is Philippines 😂
ยอมรับความจริงซะบ้าง😂
Team No to Voting! 😅
condo business is dead just buy commercial property
The problem is people are consumers and not creators. Learn how to design and swing a hammer then build it to your liking. Low skill generations.

This was a good a video until he brought up politics. Definitely won't subscribe
