My wife is a citizen and now her mother is here with us. We have a 5-year plan to eventually move back to the Philippines. Even though they both making very very good money.
Money is not the end all be all so it’s easy to uproot. Most have debt and reckless habits in America that’s why they have to work until 62 so good on yall for leaving
My wife, kids and I are planning on coming back to the Philippines after my retirement in 6 years. My wife was born in Manila and she will have her citizenship next year. So, we are excited and we are making plans on visiting her family next year so we can all get together. We are happy for this couple.
When the Spanish colonized the Philippines, they dispatch a naval force from the west coast of the Americas. They brought Native and Indigenous American warriors in to help them fight. Some of those Native and Indigenous Americans conceived children with the local Filipinas. Filipino were the first Asian people to immigrate to the west coast of the Americas before the Mayflower. They were farmers and some of them had children with the Native people. Some of their descendants with back to the Philippines. This may be one reason Filipinos are spoken to in Spanish or mistaken as a Native Mexican and / or Native American. A lot of Filipino from Puerto Princess City Palawan favor the Navajo people and the Sioux Nation people.

Kay is seems a very typical Filipina not interested in material and financial status. The reason maybe she wanted to be in the Philippines is for practical economic reason and having a simple life with Jay and maybe kids in the future.
I've just noticed, most Filipina who married to foreigners are single mom's already.. (very rare they are single) Seems like the Fathers' just like to lay Eggs on them, not take responsibility in supporting Their Children.. Hope ladies will wake-up on this trends .. So sad, watching this single mothers went through.

Its actually normal. Some Filipinos working abroad save a lot, invest in the Philippines -- so can move back home upon retirement.
Nice looking couple and interview to hear their story. 🙂👍🏽
Thanks bro
