Very cool, regarding the under steering at high speed it's likely a combination of a few things based on physics and observation of your model post driving it. Clearly from the wear marks on the tires the rear tires have a larger contact patch with the pavement. This is likely due to a combination of front to rear balance (need more front weight), lack of downforce in the front of the vehicle (increase aerodynamic downforce by adjusting the pitch on the front wing). The suspension and tire material/hardness obviously also play a factor, however, I think the first two are probably the better focal points for starters. Awesome job, just thought I would drop my two cents.

I'm really impressed by your work I already have the files for the 22 F1 car and have 3D printed a scale model and it's really accurate to the real ones minus the wing mirrors ill try to modify mine to hollow out some parts and make place for the electrical compontes and ill try to share them on printables but yours isn't so bad

I have this printed, and with the new front chassis plate, the top cover is hitting the servo horn...am i missing something, or did the steering change with the 22 version?

At this time that's not something I'm looking at working on, but I may someday. This is an open source project and I know there are already some remixes you can find on Printables and thingiverse, someone may beat me to it.

Assuming not all screw/nut sizes are identical to original OpenRC F1 .. do you have a BOM for metal parts?.. What motor/servo/esc/battery you are using.. same as recommended for original OpenRC F1?.

@inverted pursuits. I'm starting to make this, but the rear chassis plate is only showing as 7mm I'm cura 5. What size should it be please?

Are the 2 halfs glued together or just clip in with no glue?

Very Carefully. I used tons of supports and I can post the print file I used for those as an example.
