All the capsules in this video were controlled live by the performers, and all the programming was done in the capsule lights by the performers in one night, without the need for a computer, an app or remote.

I would be a great service to the flow community if you guys could share the program (Premiere?), and effect, and settings you used for the effect in post for the general trails.

Are you fuck**g kidding me? You all know this and nobody seems to have a problem with this illusion which can also be seen as fraud? Ohh man thats so insincere, especially for the flow scene in which other properties are told like a mantra. Come on, shame on you, keep it real, you just showed off the attitude of a narcistic random guy. I have to go and play some poi to get my anger under control, Sorry, it just kicked me like somebody for the first time told me Santa isn´t real!

I ordered a pair this morning and i can’t wait to being able to synchronize Poi and my music, what a beautiful dream coming true ! I hope i will be able to use 2.0 as performers here did!

is the padpoi v2 and capsule 2.0 are separate to buy? cuz id love to buy a set of this.
Podpoi v2 come with capsule lights in them :) The lights are modular, and they go in podpoi, many flowtoys staffs, twirling batons, martial arts props etc. If you're interested in poi, we definitely recommend podpoi - the outside shell is silicone and they're soft and cushy on impact (very good for learning) - flowtoys.com/podpoi

Just got mine and I’m kinda disappointed. One of my poi flashes like I’m checking battery as I’m spinning and sometimes will change setting itself. I just got these a week ago mind you and this was the first time I was in front of people. Kinda a bummer

So sorry to hear what's going on with your capsule lights and we can help out! Based on what you mentioned we think we know what's going on.
Basically, a static charge can build up on the prop itself or the user, their clothing or other objects. When a flowtoy touches the source of the static charge, the static can discharge through the light. This does not damage the light, but can cause it to turn on or off, and/or display the battery level indicator, making it appear faulty at the time.

good poi but i cant stand the use of trail effects so much in a video. takes away from the skill. And just cause you didnt use a computer doesnt mean this isnt edited like mad. misleading to some.
