Staff & Saber Styles :: A quick tour

Contact staff, dragon staff, sabers, double staff, staff juggling, multi-staff manipulation ... we've come a long way from twirling a tree branch. If you are new to the flow arts and interested in staffs, but don't know the difference between contact and dragonstaff, here is a quick style guide to the major staff and saber styles :)

Yeah Tyler's pretty talented with all things sticks (and clubs :). We have a free community jam every Wednesday at our space in Emeryville, California, where we put out loads of props for people to play with.
