Staff & Saber Styles :: A quick tour

Contact staff, dragon staff, sabers, double staff, staff juggling, multi-staff manipulation ... we've come a long way from twirling a tree branch. If you are new to the flow arts and interested in staffs, but don't know the difference between contact and dragonstaff, here is a quick style guide to the major staff and saber styles :)

Dude got skills. And this was amazing to see. Can honestly say I would have liked to see this in person. And I think if I were to pick one it'd probably be one of the Sabers for me.

Yeah Tyler's pretty talented with all things sticks (and clubs :).
