There should be a judgment which shall be a tight slap on face of politicians, irrespective of political lines cabinet decisions should be made liable for legal protection such that, these politician drunk on power get scared to meddle with the established processess and procedures.

Judges of High court of Kalkata very conscious about corruption free country, patriotism, Justice. But unfortunately CJI come in their way.
