aungmoesaw thein He's Japanese. He said " When I was 4th grades I was right there and I instantly run out from the airport. I wish many people that died on this earthquake to be live. Pray For Japan." He's so nice guy.
2ne1791 Yeah I keep thinking about that a lot my first trip to japan will be around November or December 2015...hope no earthquake will occur around that time...
All the best wishes from Germany! I can't even imagine what such an earthquake feels like, since we rarely have very very weak earthquakes which you can hardly recognize. I just wish the rest of the world could also live without fear of natural disasters, like we do in Western Germany =( Please don't give up Japan, the rest of the world is with you!
i know someone who is in that position when the magnitude 6/7 hits kumamoto japan last year!! it was hilarious!!! 😁😁😂😂😂ofcourse maybe he didnt be able to wipe and just ran out bec of panic! and his wife smelled him after lmao!!😂
I still remember that time one day I was in the toilet. Then a mag. 5 earthquake happened and I went out our house with dripping poop and not wearing underwear XD
good luck to all the people in japan! if i could i would fly over there and help where i can,so sry this happend to you people hope you all recover from ur losses :(
Hi dude weren't you scared while filming this accident??? Hope you guys won't face the worst case, I'm really sorry for you down there and hopefully everything will get better ASAP Greetz from Germany
@lostcreativity925 Yes,I did. It was just an accident that I video taped. I felt small shake when I tried to take a photo. The shake has gradually grown then I switched my camera to video mode.
Bruno Juegos ....... that were supposed to fly, so still on the ground... rolling on the runway with 150 knots and a vibration this powerful would be felt.
you are so brave...i hope you are safe.. i have a friend in sendai..hes okay ..but im still waiting to hear from him since his cellphone ran out of batteries..and power is all out..
I hope japan will recover soon, want 2 visit for summer break. GANBARE NIPPON!!! My prayers go out to my fellow japanese ppl in japan. GANBARE!!!- best wishes from America
+JesseIsBest because the entrance / exit is there..You can not run through custom two floors up. . thats why.. My favorite Airport.. Hats of to Japan..its clean, quick and efficient just like every major airport should be. Great example how to run an international airport.
Thank you for your watching and commenting. Thank you for your worrying. I heard 69 countries offered support to our Japan. We are much obliged for your kindness.
i think we should give the architects some credit for building these stable constructions! many many more people would have died, if the skyscrapers and other public buildings had been damaged or had collapsed, too.
@Richii2 Fortunately our flight departed 25 hours late. I hope you and your friend will meet again at the earliest opportunity. sorry for my poor English.
@tsurukokemomo hope u are still alright! I'm so saaad about it, news say tokio isnt safe anymore, because of changing wind.... i pray for all people and u includung u to get safe... please
The truth is in Japan when it's a 3, 4 or 5 pointer, you kinda just stay still and wait for it to be over. When this one hit, it started off like maybe a low 4 and gradually built over the first minute - that's when people are just waiting around - then after the first minute, it hits a 5 moves towards 6 - that's when people don't wanna be under those massive signs anymore...
Aber nicht mit den Folgen :( Thank you for sharing this. sorry for write in german, but my english is not so good.
In case if you don't know this: Japan is a country that survived many many many earthquakes for the past 2000 years. The buildings in Japan are earthquake-proof, for example; there are hundreds of Pagodas in Japan but not a single Pagoda is destroy by an earthquake. No need to be sad, my friend. They know what to do.
I understand no one was killed in the terminal from the quake, but several people were crushed in the stampede out, hit by cars running onto the terminal driveway and 3 unfortunate woman impaled themselves on those stupidly very high stiletto heals... :-)
i wonder, with all the airplanes landing and taking off ever min, i wonder is one was about to take off down teh runway when the earth quake hitted and if it got airborn of crashed ?
Even if you were on the ground you wouldn't feel as much because of this high suspension on the wheels of the aircraft and the high rise body support of the plane.
You speaking Chinese.
aungmoesaw thein He's Japanese. He said " When I was 4th grades I was right there and I instantly run out from the airport. I wish many people that died on this earthquake to be live. Pray For Japan." He's so nice guy.
aungmoesaw thein
no, Japanese.
I have never seen airline employees move that fast.
This is Japan, not the us
Huikwan Cheung savage
JIMJAMSC so true! Lol!!!!!!
When you just got to Japan and this happens
2ne1791
Yeah I keep thinking about that a lot my first trip to japan will be around November or December 2015...hope no earthquake will occur around that time...
+Barebare kun if you are staying a week, NO JOKE, NO EXAGGERATION, 2,800 earthquakes will happen while you are there, but they wont all be too bad.
+TheGamerOfSamness
Well my Japan trip will have to be postpone to sometime in 2016 we clearly didn't save up enough money.
+Barebare kun are you going to Japan already? A few weeks ago they have a bad earthquake right?
+Barebare kun are you going to Japan already? A few weeks ago they have a bad earthquake right?
Amazing....nothing fell down!! The Japanese are the best when it comes to earthquake resistant contruction!!
Damn! Imagine if the 9.0 was right there in Tokyo and not 100 miles away .... It would be INSANE shaking
Hau Freren last earthquake was 11.0
0:45 You can see the moment the crowd panic effect takes over and almost everyone starts running towards the exit.
Man what kind of video camera is this. The detail was amazing. By far the clearest earthquake footage I've ever seen
This would suck if you were in the middle of taking a huge dump. Waste and water sloshing around below ur buns.
Nicholas Manheimer LOL...it doesn't hurt to sometimes see the humor in a bad situation.
First rule of being caught on the toilet during an earthquake .... HIT THE FLUSH!!!!
Especially if you have diarrhea.
i know someone who is in that position when the magnitude 6/7 hits kumamoto japan last year!! it was hilarious!!!
I hope Japan gets better soon, it is a very lovely country and I will never forget my first visit
I have to give you props for standing still and keep recording while everybody run
good luck to all the people in japan! if i could i would fly over there and help where i can,so sry this happend to you people hope you all recover from ur losses :(
My parents were in that earthquake, I understand how strong it is.
and this was 150 miles away..imagine how it felt near the epicenter
Hi dude weren't you scared while filming this accident???
Hope you guys won't face the worst case, I'm really sorry for you down there and hopefully everything will get better ASAP
Greetz from Germany
@lostcreativity925 Yes,I did. It was just an accident that I video taped. I felt small shake when I tried to take a photo. The shake has gradually grown then I switched my camera to video mode.
I just cant think of the planes that where suposed to fly at that moment
Mattias Nake same...
Bruno Juegos .......
that were supposed to fly, so still on the ground... rolling on the runway with 150 knots and a vibration this powerful would be felt.
If there was an AIRQUAKE then they cannot fly. :P
I'm not going to Japan and San Francisco even know I like disasters, I don't wanna happen in my life
DisasterBro9744 Bro The chances of that happening again in japan are very low
Wow! Natural disasters are mind blowing. Everyone I see blows my mind. It's been my favorite focus to make documentaries on for awhile now.
unbelieveable what's happening there, how much can happen to a country at a time...
wishing lots of luck and hope to japan!!!
The clue if you are ever in Japan and are in a earthquake. If the Japanese start taking cover.....get the hell out of there
i think it's amazing how they all knew what to do and how to react. even the children are teached what to do in this case.
You know my heart always pump madly when i watch this vid. I cant imagine myself being caught in such a situation. Scary.
OMG! How did you record it?
I'm so sorry for all this poor people in japan. :(
that earthquake is hell long for that power. it's about 5-6.0 but that long can caused damage. lucky Japan has anti-earthquake building
Pretty strong and the epicenter isn’t very near. Struck near the coastline between Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima.
you are so brave...i hope you are safe.. i have a friend in sendai..hes okay ..but im still waiting to hear from him since his cellphone ran out of batteries..and power is all out..
I hope japan will recover soon, want 2 visit for summer break.
GANBARE NIPPON!!!
My prayers go out to my fellow japanese ppl in japan.
GANBARE!!!- best wishes from America
I'm happy that you are safe. just awful what happened in japan ..
Japan our thoughts are with you! May God help you through this natural disaster. Wish you the best!!!
Schonmal was von Kontinentalplatten-verschiebung gehört?
What was that super loud banging sound around 0:38? Also, Why didn't you run out?
Because 5 star airports like these are built to with stand these sort of impacts. They were safer inside than out.
0:40 Why did everyone run to the other side of the airport at that moment?
+JesseIsBest because the entrance / exit is there..You can not run through custom two floors up. . thats why..
My favorite Airport.. Hats of to Japan..its clean, quick and efficient just like every major airport should be. Great example how to run an international airport.
Oh XD #ImStupid
Mikka
I hope that the people are OK in Japan😊
You can see one person decided to run and everyone else followed suit.
@americanone100
What would it say about america with the oilspill and 9/11?
Japan is a very nice countrie. I hope everything will be bether in Japan. So I have planned to visit tokio.
Best wishes from Germany/Türkey
why was he video taping th airport anyway? was the earthquake happening before he started filming?
this may sound stupid but, did you happen to be video taping when the earthquake happened?
Thank you for your watching and commenting. Thank you for your worrying.
I heard 69 countries offered support to our Japan.

Tut mir so leid was da passiert ist.

I think he was scared while tempted to record the biggest quake ever to hit Japan! Credits to you cameraman
@Xipez I thought all flights would resume at once.
God bless those in Japan.
i think we should give the architects some credit for building these stable constructions!

@gperalta02
I'm not sure that the airport building would have remained intact if it was close to the epicenter
greetz from germany ! we all stand beside you Japan !!!!

I have never seen the first class counters that empty - In seconds !
I feel bad for anyone who was just here for a transfer flight....
Imagine you're a maintenance worker on a a cherry picker or a scissor lift when this happens...no wait, imagine you're a construction crane operator!
Leave your bags behind lady! It's not worth your life!
Must be a Filipino lol! Can't leave our luggage behind no matter what😀
She had her child stuffed in the suitcase... a stowaway! She was smuggling her child out of the country and so tried to get her out.
Because all her private belonging and property are in the luggage

Thank you for sharing this. sorry for write in german, but my english is not so good.
I hope that Japan survive these bad things and coming back to a normal live....
The world will help you.
its aweful how the earth can react.... there is so much power :( i hope it will get better the next weeks :/
😭😭😭😭😨😨😨I WAS CRY AND SCARED I SAD CUZ JAPAN IS AMAZING PLACE BUT IS HAS A EARTHQUAKE😭😭😭

It makes exatclly as a train form Polan or Rumania going from 20 to 40 km per hour. And the sounds are the same.
@Sapphiron66 Danke für Ihre Deutschland Unterstützung.
scaryyyyyyyyyyyyyy. tkx man for the video
why is everybody running to the left side ?
OMG
Good luck for the future Japan...
Where did the guy at 0:56 run? Wrong way?
i realy can not imagine what happens there right now.......it is so terrible!!! I hope that everyting becomes good!!!!
Tokyo Airport is cancelled service Earthquake and Tsunami on March 11 2011
and the cameraman just stays and films the whole thing rather then running like everybody else
Pretty sure there going to be one person shouting, “EVERYBODY RUNNNN”
i wonder, with all the airplanes landing and taking off ever min, i wonder is one was about to take off down teh runway when the earth quake hitted and if it got airborn of crashed ?
And what were you doing?
Imagine being on a plane at that moment?
you wouldnt feel it since you are in the air
Are you talking about when the plane is on the runway and ready to take off?
Rivera Zoila What if t was trying to land? "FFS, who keeps moving the runway!!!"
Even if you were on the ground you wouldn't feel as much because of this high suspension on the wheels of the aircraft and the high rise body support of the plane.
cance7984 when the plane is either lined up on the runway for takeoff or landing
Daryl Arellano thanks for explaining!
Jeff H LOL
That's a very weird celing, kind of like what you would see in a bumper car ride.
great video, you are brave, I think I will run at first shake!
Gotta love Japanese engineering
They must have earthquakes all the time, cause nothing fell from the roof amazingly
"EVERYONE RUN" (except you camera man. you keep adjusting your zoom)
