its fake, its either just faked or its a RC helicopter at a large scale but not like full helicopter scale and a bit of camera trickery/pc work was at play. OR its just spinning that fast it matches the refresh rate of the camera. A helicopter can't fly with just a tail rotor because the tail rotor's purpose is to counteract the torque created by the main rotor. The pilot of the IranAir B727 actually did a pretty decent job, considering the nose gear wouldn't deploy. It looked to me as if he carried out a textbook landing under the circumstances.
