Funfact, most (if not, all) of the extras you see dancing during "My Copycat" were Pledis trainees, most of whom later became Seventeen and Pristin.
Orange Caramel's entire concept and existence was just wacky and weird in a very charming and addicting way. IDK how else to describe it. They're definitely not the only ones who've done this type of concept, Crayon Pop was another group that dabbled in the weird, and more recently WJSN's subunit Chocome, but Orange Caramel ruled this.
In addition, Nu'est Baekho and Minhyun is included here too! ☺️
when you said you wanted ice cream during a bing abing I had to chuckle because Abing Abing is actually an ad for baskin robins ice cream!
Also, if you really wanna have fun with the My Copycat MV, every single member of Seventeen and Pristin are in that MV. Yes, all for them
Also Gangnam Avenue is actually a B-Side off the single My Copycat, hence the lower quality mv
of the three girls Nana is a Professional Model, the tall girl is Lizzy, and Raina is shortest with wide eyes.
For being a Baskin Robbins ad, Abing Abing has NO RIGHT being as amazing as it is. Also My Copycat is my favorite MV ever. Just the perfect amount of crazy camp nonsense. PS My girl Nana is indeed a stunning woman. 🥰
for the last mv, Jo Se-Ho and Nana we're in a variety show together named "roommate" it was a bunch of celebrities living together and just living life, a bit like Terrace House if you know about it. the cast was really amazing, you had Park Bom, Nana, Jackson from Got7, Youngji from Kara and a bunch of other Actors ,singers. I really recommend to watch the show if you have time some day, theres 2 season and it is really wholesome, truly one of the best variety show in the last few years imo.
If you find time to get around to it, may I suggest "Funny Hunny", it's more of that classic Orange Caramel goodness XD

Abing abing is an ad for Baskin Robins so the lyrics are very literally about eating ice cream lmao. Honestly I’m always impressed with Kpop ad songs like this one? Woo Hoo by Mamamoo? Chocolate Love by SNSD/f(x)? I gotta say the marketing is effective

My copycat is my favorite kpop MV cause it’s so much fun! The first time I watched it I lost my mind and replayed it immediately after it finished to pause and try to find all the differences, and then a few years later I got into Pledis Girlz (who became Pristin) and found out that them and the Seventeen members were all in this MV I replayed it until I found them all. It is a spectacular idea for a music video and it fit the concept of the song so well, props to the creative team behind it!
About Gangnam Avenue… I have no idea either lol I like the song though

Well, Nana was considered the most beautiful woman in South Korea for many years.
Also, I believe Vogue or some other fashion magazine ranked her as the second of the 100 most beautiful woman in the world. And I think she and Lizzie were both listed as visuals in After School.
I'm not gonna lie I was waiting for this last part. can't belive I missed it.
My copycat easily has one of the most addicting and easy to learn choreos. Then again I feel like orange caramel in general has pretty easy to learn choreography. Probably one of my top two oc songs if I absolutely choose. but again all of their songs are great. I could go on and on about how iconic this group is. Some people might suggest that the amount of love I have for this group that is no longer active is a problem but I swear its perfectly normal. I just haven't fallen for anyother newer girl group quite like I have orange caramel.
I mean, Oh My Girl is close but not quite there. Speaking of Oh My Girl, I suggest checking out their project group/sub unit- Oh My Girl Banhana's "Banana Allergy Monkey". It's not everyone's cup of tea, but gosh is it delightfully strange, cute, and addictive. Quite similiar to the vibe Orange Caramel went for. All in all, it doesn't disappoint.

The sad thing is that one or two members from OC already graduated from After school. And we don't know what has happened to this sub unit. You should check After school Red and After School blue which were two sub unit from after school.
