- I feel like this show is run by a bunch of people just spinning the wheel of random show concepts and going with whatever it lands on... What do you mean this show is essentially a pyramid scheme? We have to do something about this... They're always opening the voting and it's not even real-time, we're voting for girls who aren't even on the show anymore... However this group ends up it's going to be messy for sure.
I was actually super congested while recording because not only did I just wake up, it was extremely cold and dry in my room. Winter... such a lovely time...
Sorry, but Chaewon elimination was so UNFAIR, and it was even worst considering that the judges during the evaluation said she was the best performer. Maybe they wanted to keep Chaewon, but it is so annoying seeing how the producers of the show are already picking the girls, because all the ticketing thing seems to be really useless.
It's even more heartbreaking after they gave her such a prominent storyline of improving... I hate this narrative some survival shows create of former idol trainees like they "already had their chance" when most of the time that "chance" was spent in nugudom with very little budget and few chances for proper stages to earn fans
@@into_orbit exactly, her “chance” was being in a group that unfortunately barely even saw/see’s the light 😭 so many nugu group members enter these shows (like bora & yujin in gp999) but they always get told “they already had their chance so let’s give the little ambitious 14 year olds their chance”
They are planning to debut a group around Lim Seowon. So they are choosing girls from 2007 onwards😢 they are clearly eliminating older contestants first😢
But can you really imagine Kwon Chaewon being in the same lineup with the remaining girls? I don't think so. The producers, and maybe even the judges can see that. And if she can't be part of the lineup, they need to eliminate her. It's just wasting time (and even Kwon Chaewon's time knowing she's not even gonna debut anyways). I think the elimination is justified.
But don't get me wrong, I think she's a pretty good performer
@@btsmochimi7924 that's so sick. Honestly she is good but to debut that early (although she already debuted) doesn't really sit well with me. She still looks like children and probably audiences will be bored with the cute concept because that's all they can do if they have her in the team right
Gehlee might be lacking in some other areas but her personality is what a survival show shuld require. She's too mature despite a young age. In 1v1 other girls will pick someone weaker or younger than them but she instead picked jayla because she thought she was a worthy opponent, it just speak about volumes. And I like how she praised hyeonju on her leadership skills because she knew it was for their gain. She's always open for criticisms and improvements I don't mind the producers for picking her, she's a breath of fresh air in this show

Honestly I feel the producers have already chosen who the final line-up is when you look at who's getting screen time and story line. I may be wrong, but the fact I could predict the line up of episode 4 makes me think I'm not. And the voting system is so weird...
Dropped the show after they blatantly removed Chaewon because the PD's didn't like her. There's 36 girls on the show there is 0 reason to be eliminating Chaewon and Hyerin when they're ranked that high. It's so counter productive to be eliminating (RIGGING) the most popular contestants out with some perfectly set up "challenge" to make it seemed justified. I have never seen a worse survival show, giving so many plot lines to girls that they keep booting. I hope it tanks because if rumors are true the next episode will also be eliminating more fan favorites. Just a terrible show. 0/10.
The entire voting in this show sounds so messy. Another nitpick that I have with survival shows, if you're going to have votes from the public, be clear from the beginning of what is going to influence in choosing the members and the ratio group. I don't care if it's split between judges votes and public vote, entirely from public vote, the public votes and the judges pick between the top most votes members or there are gonna be member that are going to be chose by the producers while the rest is chosen from the public, just make it absolutely clear for your audience so they know what they are expecting in the group.
Sorry for the rant but that frustates me a lot.

No exactly! Nobody would have an issue with this voting structure if they were just transparent about how it works. Now they make the viewers feel like we've wasted our time (and possibly money) voting for someone who was already eliminated weeks ago
Chaewon was middle rank and based on votes she was like 9th or something... but she got eliminated so... nice waste of money and time 😂
And Vanesya? She was n.1 based on votes!!! She had as many votes as n.2-4 combined or something.
Yes, she was super bad... but in last episode I had no idea she could be eliminated... and episode later BYEEE. New rules, see ya 💅

I agree about chaewon. If she didn't already have fans, I think everyone would be saying that she didn't deserve to survive the first elimination round.
As for Nana, I didn't see her hype until this episode. I like her drive and she has one of the best body lines. And her expressions are very good. Not the best vocals but I think the tone fits the song.
@@raincandy3 ohhh im leaning on to haram for the dance especially the technicalities- and yeah nana's dance lines are very good. I think I just need more vocals for nana currently she's giving me the momo ( and i don't really like momo that much coz of the vocals 😭 )

Has Riel been accused of something awful? Because she was the number one rank at the beginning but then they have shown NOTHING of her since and it seems like she's getting worse but they aren't showing that. The only reason I can think of not to at least show some of it is if she hit an old lady with her car while driving drunk or got caught with drugs at the airport or something. Also I am team debut the over 20's so the 25 year old going home doesn't make me happy. Especially since she got good feedback.
This show just refuses to make sense from any perspective...
they asked who they thought would be eliminated and they answered gabi because of how disengaged she was after not getting the part she wanted, like she was completely out of it. but it wasn't to sabotage gabi, the group performance depended on everyone and gabi would've still done well in her part, like how haram did so well with her lines, and everyone else
I was actually referring to the editing more than anything else since I think it was a strange choice to have that be the teaser for the episode
I watched the raw video of Bang Yunha and Elisia 1v1 dance of Ticket To You Yunha cracks so much that the management edited the video to much hahahaha she' dancing like a cheerful kid lol
The judges are bias and there is also a favoritism. One of them is kotoko, they are so fond of her unique visual so im sure she's one who will debut.

Everything about the show is unfair in my opinion like the show producers would rather debut a CHILD than an actual adult with years of experience behind, I bet that if Kwon Chaewon was 14/16 the judges wouldn't have eliminated her so soon. Also can we talk about the editing? Like I already know who the judges are going to pick just based on the amount of screentime they get, it's insane 💀
It was pretty weird for me to hear "Kotoko wasn't perfect, she made mistakes... but she may improve in future so let's keep her"
Honestly... that's not how competition should work. Girls who are better NOW should win even if their potential for future is worse.
Judges are there to judge their performance they gave NOW. Not to say "Yeah, but in future she'll be better." Because then they can pick only all the youngest girls on day 1 and bye, end of the show.
And also... how do judges know whose potential is better? Likeee potential isn't a visible thing 😂 they can't know, so why do they make their whole decision process based solely on potential? Idk it was really weird.
The weirdest thing is that why do they divided 3 levels and eliminate some from each level, mean that if they are in high level, they are not safe at all?!
Yeah right? It would've make more sense that 3 of the loosing teams in high and medium levels would be demoted to the lower rank instead, eliminate only 3 from lowest rank and then a voting to eliminate the 6 lowest spots 🤦♂️
Yeah, all the middle rank girls were simply better than 90% of the low rank girls... but nah, let's eliminate them. And top rank? Let's kick them out too!
Reason? Shock value I guess. But it's stupid. This whole show is pretty much stupid... idk. I probably won't watch it anymore tbh 😂
The teen thing.. is like train wreck i cant look away from. Kinda scary how the "aces" who seem to have the idol thing figured out at such a young age are the ones that have my alarm bells going like crazy
i don't really watch recent survival shows but although the voting is kinda confusing (like for what exactly now we are voting everyday on app) but I like it that judges can eliminated the less talented or not prepared one (if they are not biased) and I agree that I think chaewon should have advance and kotoko still need lots of improvement. I like sejeong pretty straight bringing that they can't keep kotoko any longer but I think they are giving her chance because she improve fast but still it's dissapointing. I think they need to set up a minimal age for this shows seriously tho like maybe 15/16. This kids still too young to receive bad remarks and will get breakdown right after. not only bad for their mental also I feel bad for their group getting tensed and stressed by the situations

My issue with the show is that theres 3 categories: 16 and under, untalented, slightly talented.
The issue is that most of the slightly talented contestants got eliminated already 😭
The even bigger issue is that the more talented girls also got eliminated
@@Jjangbunbunright??? When I heard that mila, Jessica, and vulundahn got eliminated I audibly gasped.....the fact that they would've still been here if it wasn't for the fact that the voting didn't make sense at all, they essentially got eliminated based on their visual alone

The eliminations are way too harsh. 2-4 people from each “losing” team is crazy. I get they don’t want it to be identical to any other survival shows but sheesh. I thought Queendom Puzzle was confusing, but this one might take the cake for being extra. Because the girls are so young, it would be nice if they had a “dorm mom” kinda like they had on My Teenage Girl (that show had its own problems, I know.) They want this to be a global group, but them not having any interpreters for the girls they recruited/that applied from other countries was a set up for stress and failure. Again, yes I understand they’re trying to make a tv show but like you said in this video, I definitely don’t enjoy seeing children cry. I know the entertainment industry is harsh and these girls need to “toughen up” in order to deal with it, but if these companies continue to insist to train/debut these literal children they need to make some modifications to these programs and the training system over all.
Somehow, the ranking makes sense since it will give chance for different levels to proceed in the competition without competing with other trainees who have higher dancing skills... the only downside is the unclear voting system... 😢😢 specifically what happened last episode...
cant believe they eliminate chaewon instead of kot0ko. like constructively, yes it's a survival show for girls to improve whatsoever but lets not deny how chaewon out-PERFORMED kot0ko, she literally carried that damn chorus. she was just not lucky to get the highlights. sick how one of the judges praised her hardwork after elimintaing her like WHAT, ure not helping. ure just making it worse. poor chaewon like she doesnt care anymore.

How is Park Yewon in the low rank? I didnt watch the show yet, but she was sooo great in hot issue.
She's objectively one of the best, if not the best singer on the show. She gets no screentime, however. So that might be why.

I dunno if you saw but Kotoko survived because the judges voted with the logic that the producers gave her more parts for some reason. I wanna know what you think about this.

Didn't notice your edit until now but honestly... I'm getting the feeling that the judges have an age bias? Not that they inherently prefer the younger contestants but they're just less critical of them and more open to the idea of them improving? I don't know how to put it exactly but it's just something I've been thinking about within the context of both remaining 12-year olds being in the high tier and 2 of the oldest contestants being in the low tier...
I still think Gabi is the producers' pick. They're just probably trying to build her story/character. She could have a redemption/revenge arc in the next missions

Attentioin team's Girls On Top is also my favorite. I just found it on Spotify at Universe Ticket's playlist. It's just so good! You wouldn't think that newbies performed the song.

Compared to this, at least My Teenage Girl's game mechanics like the one on one debut spot challenger battle were messy and fun

I think it has a lot to do with how they evaluated them (1-on-1 comparison after just 30-minutes of practice when it was also their first time seeing and hearing the song...)
@@into_orbit yess. Not only that the judges seem to focus more on the dancing than the singing so it's kinda understandabe.. It's not that bad tho. If they do well not only does their team not get eliminated , they will probably not be selected for elimination..

Im still not over my bitterness about them eliminating the first round of girls from votes before the show was even aired. It’s like the group battles were pointless and the ‘winning groups’ didnt even matter cuz they went home too! They didn’t even show the public the original signal song (which is superior to the new one imo) performances… like why

This episode was pretty good. And I loved both the performances!!! Obviously, "Girls On Top" is an absolute killer of a stage whereas "Superstar" made me emotional watching it knowing the lyrics.
In your opinion, who do you think are the producers 8-picks for the final lineup?

Oh Yoona

(Based on screentime, storyline focus, and how they've been edited, a good sign is if they're a default for a reaction shot like Yoona and Gehlee)
And the ones I'm less sure about are:
Jin Hyeonju (I think they want her as the oldest and leader)
Gabi (she was a definitely before this episode)
Bae Haram (they're definitely playing up the sister thing)
Nana (most likely they want her as the center)
