The thumbnail is crazy! It's giving me eldritch horror vibes. Sad that Sifd didn't choose the 0 cost - 3 ray branch. The raining death ray would truly be apocalyptic XD
U were to greedy to early if u want to push hard u should do it with Regenwalls. It’s more expensive but is like a check point. I would set some coils first and when it’s getting dangerous set a wall And instant reg wall
He almost lost multiple missions by playing that risky aggressive leapfrog strategy... on the faction that benefits from mass-crawling structures forward, which is basically an auto-win on those types of missions anyhow... I was ripping my hair out!
Am I misunderstaning Subsidy, or are you? It says instead of costing 10 to get 25, it costs 0 to get 15. That sounds amazing since paying 10 to get 25 is a real cost you have to balance, but paying 0 to get 15 is free. So that implies you'll be collecting free money a lot more often. This should be a high pick if it works the way I'm reading it.
The cooldown is the same. The only difference is you don’t have to have 10 energy to begin with. It’s good for early game yes, but it’s just as bad as the regular version for late-game income. Though you have to remember early game you also are using your build queue to make a defence so you don’t die since time is also a resource, so I don’t think it’s as powerful as you think it is.
Subsidy is OK but it doesn't make supplies any better. You save 10 energy at the start but since you can't use that energy on making buildings (since supplies is in your queue) you only really benefit from a slightly earlier building upgrade.
I think you probably lost the research mission with bad timing. If you beelined to the objective earlier you may have out-sped the powerful wave that killed you. If you hunkered down then you may have had the defences to survive the wave. Personally I think this would’ve been more reliable than the other, since the base income isn’t amazing.
The teleporter expedition is: timeLeftOnDelay * HEAT = costToExpedite. It doesn’t care about the cost of the initial purchase, that’s why the value goes down faster than the value of the heat goes down.
the counting harmonic into the kirby win melody after beating the boss is my new favorite sifd sound

Immortal walls gives signal too sifd you wasted so much energy by building coils to establish a decent signal
Thanks for the video!
oh dear god what have you done this time sifd

You lost that research mission because you tried to rush the win instead of fortifying an unbreakable defense and winning at your convenience.

Nice, one of the first
Can we just build 2 wave generators behind a gazillion mega walls?
I think you wasted your energy on rockets instead of trusting your laser.

If the supply cost 0, couldn't you just spam it with the teleporter since 0x30=0?
You can't speed up supply

I like this game ok, but it makes for really long videos.
You lost that research mission cuz you are greedy and didn't put two walls after the coils
