BTW your missing out on the top wall choice, I tried it today because you always go the bottom and the first top choice is AMAZING. It has so much health that it doesn't need to be "immortal"
imagine that with quantum matter for double hp on top of that, like the immortal walls are good for recon because they dont need to be replaced but they always fall super fast
Thats the "trade". Eather you have forever a wall or you have a huge tank wall. Edit: I think the reason why Sifd wants to take the "immortal" wall, is because he can invest into other turrets more. Because I think that the spike wall would be a nice to have and if the tanking wall is destroyed you need to pay energy again to place and upgrade to lvl3
@@hedgehogfriend6363 To be clear I'm not talking about the spike wall. I'm comparing the first split that either 1. Halves the wall HP to make it "Immortal" or 2. Doubles the walls HP . It effectively has 4x the HP as the "Immortal" split
@@3rdtimesacharm84exactly - every time your wall falls after 4 times its paying itself off at that point. So if you have a 4 wall setup w/ nanotubes to protects the main defense the first two will likely die a lot more than that with the last two being a safety net. Its personal opinion, in my opinion the ‘immortal’ wall allow you to relax a little more if you have a good setup but if you like to min/max the high hp is fantastic too. Anyways just wanted to give my two cents hope you have good day :)
@@jaycebyman4746 so you need to play 4x the upgrade resources for this setup. I would say you could easily just buy 4 upgraded weapons for the same price. Also I think your missing my point entirely. I'm not saying one is better than the other, all I said was that he should give the other path a try instead of saying one path is objectively better. Both paths have pros and cons, the "immortal wall" requires 4x the resources for the same wall health and those resources could be spent on weapons to destroy the waves of enemies
I really enjoyed this series and I 100% agree on your balance philosophy. Feels horrible when people take away and it should be done much more sparingly than it ever has been. I follow the design philosophy of additive nerfing rather than subtractive. Power creep can kiss my butt LOL, at least in a single player game.
this is the helldivers build
Those robot boys are awesome. I love that builds can be so different each run

I don't get why people are so negative in this series' comments specifically. Love the content
The game play is too slow for people attention spans lol
+1 🖖
"I wanna play with whatever the game provides me with!"
**Gets two upgrades for mortars**
"I'm not gonna play mortars!"
i love how sifd went from matter generator is the best but after playing with all the others hes like they all are actually pretty good.
Sifd just to clarify "Armada" is used for nautical military such as ships and submarines, the correct term would be "Infantry"
Armata means "army" in Romanian
Wow, what a know it all haha.
man its been 2 years since i watched on this channel again due to school
Nice job Mr Editor 😂 The pop ups were immaculate.
8:10: “Let’s not go mining, it’s too dangerous!”
The other mission: “Ok I guess we have to play with 6 health”
