    The Rooms are too small for that price point and the bathrooms ARE OK

    Homes are nice. Not a fan of all the tubs, walking from garage to laundry room or how small all the bedrooms are. I do like how separated all the bedrooms are. I liked the last one best. Thank you for the tours.

    The last property has so much “wasted space” upstairs, they should use it to make bigger bedrooms. Is carpet still a thing, considering that it is Florida?

      Carpet is still a thing…especially in the inventory/spec homes.

    Prices appear to be on a downward trend. If not in a rush does it make sense to wait?

      The higher rates are finally taking a toll. In theory, as soon as rates fall, everyone on the sidelines will jump back in. Since rates fell last week to the lowest level in 15 months, I’ve had 3 new people reach out to buy.
      I say if you find something that you like and can afford, buy. If not, wait. Trying to time the market rarely works out.

    Exactly why are 8' doors "great"??? Standard doors are 80" high, and unless you are over 7' high, why would you even want 8' doors???

      In my opinion, they look better, but you’re welcome to purchase a home with standard doors.

    Parrish seems dropping, but Palmetto remains pretty stable

      There's a lot more new construction available in Parrish than there is in Palmetto.
