That's definitely a fair concern. Getting in the right home in the right area is important to minimize those risks. We've been through a few major hurricanes and storms now and have dealt with some damages to our home, but nothing devastating. There are others who have been less fortunate. A lot of it comes back to location and the home itself.
Venice is just awesome! The changes have only made it better it seems. Speaking of better, this channel is always on top of things with regard to the Sarasota County area, which of course includes Venice. Thanks for always providing informative and valuable content. You guys never disappoint.
7:45 "Its a little bit breezier eazier"...I see what you did there. You guys are great. I love the home in Ocala you helped me get into. I may be coming your way looking for a multifamily in a year or so. Can you do an episode on that market in venice?
I lived in Venice for 20 years and I loved it, it really is a very beautiful place. However I left in 2020 because I got sick of worrying about the hurricanes. I live in Charlotte,NC now.
All these things about Venice still hold true today: th-cam.com/video/Ro1zUJjxdes/w-d-xo.htmlsi=APH6NtaSyvt38crG
How did the Venice fishing pier and the restaurant make out with the hurricanes??
Did not mention Sharky's and the pier! Beautiful
That's another big part of the area for sure 😀
I really want to move to the area, but the hurricanes/flooding scares the crap out of me.

Our pleasure! You mean a video focusing primarily on multifamily homes just in Venice? That could be interesting... We'll see what can do!
