    Excellent practice as a woman of 69 years I practice as much as possible. My knees hurt a lot after this practice. But I still practice horse stance. Every day even whilst I'm preparing vegetables I'm in horse stance.😊

      I'm not one to give advice, but I think you shouldn't feel pain. If your knees always hurt, you should find out what's happening to ensure your health. Your tenacity to put yourself in horse stance is incredible... It has to be your generation!! My father, who is going to turn 70 in a few days, is a tireless swimmer, I can't do even a third of what he can endure! Congratulations and thank you for sharing your experience here, you have given me an interesting perspective😅🤗

    You should explain that is not only about the movement. The core of Ba duan Qi is how regulate the respiration(inhalation and exhalation) during the exercise. There are more tips need to be explained so you can really get benefit from it.

      @@jcssp8184 Well said, but I am not a teacher, I just practice and share my small steps for the happiness of doing it. There is a lot of information online. I follow, in this case, @shihengyi.online, although the most advisable thing would be to have your own master, who, as you say, can enlighten you on the details of the practice. ☺️🌱🙏
