Trying to go all the way
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 11 มิ.ย. 2021
I started my personal journey through the Shaolin Arts, guided by the online instructions provided by Shifu Shi Heng Yi, the headmaster of the Shaolin Temple Europe located in Germany, in his official webpage →www.shihengyi.online
I'm strictly following the 4-Step Online Training Recommendation with the chronological order of what, when and how to practice, training hard and trying to do as best as I can. Why I do it?
Because I've always known about the top of the mountain, but I was walking around without the right roadmap. And I stopped many times, with a deep feeling of frustration and insufficiency.
Now, thanks to his benevolence, I can proceed working my way towards my own destiny.
At this point, all depends from my willpower. Am I strong enough? 🧐
To discover it, I took this commitment of share my progress with you.
«I shall not give up my efforts until I have attained whatever is attainable by manly perseverance, energy, and endeavor.»

I don't know if I've ever told you this, but... I want to learn Shaolin GongFu!!! 🤩❤🔥
I created a playlist, in which I collect a series of exercises (learned by watching the Masters or by my own deduction...) that are useful to me at this specific moment in which I work on grounding myself.
Why root myself? Because if I want to practice traditional KungFu, it becomes more important to keep my feet firmly planted on the ground than with my legs in the air...
Furthermore, to become a decent Chan practitioner, I have to get used to meditating, possibly 18 hours a day for the moment.
Starting with what I like most: moving! 😁🤸
In this exercise the goal is to not lose sight of where the movement comes from, despite the entertainment of the shoulders, that grows in complexity. It requires a good dose of concentration and full attention to the entire body, while it moves gently.
Please, I invite you to leave a comment, share your experience or link your own vlog: the more we share good practices and the more likely they are to spread! 😉
Enjoy the training and thanks for supporting my journey! 🌱

Very good this exercices 👏🙏
@Pietryo I'm glad it seems good to you. In general, for the ten days now that I have been following this training, I have the sensation of being more solid. I still can't go down that far while keeping my back straight, but I'm confident I'll strengthen my legs well and without excessive stress. I'll let you know! Let me know too, if you are following the "winter program"...😁😅🤗 Amituofo!🙏
Good warm up exercises. About grounding, my Master used to say, the deeper your roots are the highr you can fly. Keep in the good work.
@@Sinke68 None of this is my own making. I learned practically everything from Master Shi Heng Yi. What a joy that you have a Master and that you have shared his teaching with me. Thanks, I'll keep it in mind (🤍) 🙏
Loved your moves, and the beautiful energy you radiate! Thanks and all the best for the new year! 🌟
@@isabelcorthierphotographer717 Careful observer of the world and its inhabitants... thank you for stopping here for a moment to share love. I wish you all the best 🙏
Before doing more complex exercises, you need to lern to control your body. Thank you. Best regards.
@СветаКоваль-ь3ь If you mean stability, yes of course, I agree with you, in fact these exercises are created to work on it! I'm just starting out, and for the next 100 days, this is going to be my workout diary... do you have any tips to add on how to improve the "control" you're referring to? Thank you!! 💪🤗
🤍🙏
👌🙏
@@Pietryo 😊🙏
Thank you. I will take my bearings. My respect.
Thank you for demonstrating the movements in my practice. Best regards.
Thank you. This is necessary and important for me.
@СветаКоваль-ь3ь I'm very happy! For me, too: I think that the ability to adhere to the ground is essential while practicing more complex movements! And it also strengthens your legs a lot, especially the "sleeping" muscles...💪😅Enjoy the training!🙏
Thanks for the video. It helped a lot. Many blessings! More videos please. Obrigado pelo video. Ajudou muito. Muitas bênçãos. Mais vídeos por favor.

I linked below a video that maybe can help you with balance, staying focused on "where is my weight " each moment. I practice it to deeply ground the steps. Hopefully, it'll be interesting for you👇 th-cam.com/video/cMPMHBSW3HA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-SjMBpkR_itHeA1g

I have been doing this qigong for many years ,,can tell You are excellent ❤
Are these exercises good for health or are useful for martial arts beginning?
@mirceazaharia2204 It depends on your own practice. The "what" is relative to the "how". In the description of the video you have all the references to orient yourself. Good practice! 🙏

Beautiful practice. Also incredible backdrop. Not sure what part of the world you are in, but it a stunning backdrop.

Very cool. Thank you for sharing.
Is "dirty mind" disliking reality (what happened or could happen)? I realized discontentment is disliking reality, and our ability to reason is hindered when we have this dirty mind.
Yes, also. I have learned that a “clean” mind is free from rejection, ignorance and desire. It is instead capable of acceptance and coordination with the heart and the rest of the body. Because of this, it does not put up barriers or limitations, - imagine them as if they were streets cut into your brain - as a "dirty" mind that constantly judges, separates and rejects does instead. Trapped in the past or projected into an imaginary future. You can read the Noble Octuple Path. It starts right with the Right View. It is very interesting. You can find the PDF on my site. I have it all archived there. ATB 🙏
@@tryingtogoalltheway thank you. I have been looking a lot at desire and aversion as the cause of disliking reality (unhappiness). I’ve seen that I need to eliminate attachment to any outcome if I’m going to be at peace. I’m still looking into preferences (future) being a disturbance of peace. It seems that it might be best to remain present and move in whatever direction seems reasonable next. Then again, we’re always doing whatever seems reasonable according to the mind’s reasons (judgments). I’d love to hear your thoughts. 🙏 I’ll check out the PDF. Thanks for the recommendation.
@AlterAbility Given what you write, my recommendation - however small my experience may be - is: don't think, practice. Freedom is not achieved through acquired concepts. It's an experience. That means that good things come to you as a natural consequence of a well-cultivated practice. Root yourself, embody the message, cultivate virtues through your body, stay in the present challenge. Work now, and your future steps will not be wrong. There's no point in worrying. Trust. 🌱🫂
You are my hero👊
Thank you for this reminder!. Yes, Master Shi Heng Yi is great. I follow his practices and I have a wonderful result. 🤗❤️☀️🙏
I have done the same experience with yoga. You start to feel the change, you start to tune body and mind together and suddenly there's nothing to understand, just practice. I love shi heng yi and shifu jiang yu shan because of that: they are really in deep connection with the roots of knowledge, the same roots of yoga. I like your channel, really inspiring. Thank you for sharing your practice🙏
When you walk to home from work and you find the smile on your own face because some child is in care of right people. Even when they are grandparents, not parents. I find love in understanding towards my grandchildren. Specially in situations, when they do not understand me. I see love in the cup of tea in autumn evening. I started feel the love towards my body, my character after doing regularly training. Love is a feeling for the very short time. This feeling comes from doing, from actions towards each others. We are social creatures and it is necessary to have those short times of love feeling, because they makes us better, our life live worthy. 🤗☀️💖🙏
Good lesson! 💖🙏
It is so. 🤗☀️💖🙏
